This property was very clean and appeared just as pictured. Check in was very easy and communication with Kasa, very much on point. Kasa responds in seconds, via text!
This bldg has a great view of the downtown and seems to sit right at the very edge of downtown. Though these things were not right next door, we were in still very much in walking distance to plenty of restaurants, stores, bars, liquor stores, tobacco/vape merchants, shops, and attractions (including Navy Pier)
I wish the beds were a tadbit softer. The mattresses kind of felt like the memory foam that fits the body. We all slept just fine, but the mattresses are on the firmer side… perhaps perfect for some.
I also wish they had more than one tv (which was in the living room). But with each room having at least one wall of “floor-to-ceiling” windows, the lack of extra TVs was easily forgivable. The abundance of natural sunlight WAS EVERYTHING!
The place has a modern / contemporary feel and look. I would stay again.
