I'm not confident about going rates in Chicago, but I'll say the view and immense natural light is incredible. The interior finishings significantly less so... much of it felt quite flimsy. Common "new construction" problems, to be honest.
I also will admit I was disappointed to realize (after paying our deposit) that this is owned and run by a corporation of some kind, not a person. Would have spent my money elsewhere had I known... I come to AirBnB to do business with individuals.
Location is great, and we had a great holiday, just felt a smidge bait-n-switched.
