Likes: Excelente ubicación. Súper amplio y cómodo

The apartment was ideal -- clean, comfortable and easy to get in/out of Chicago yet near Millennium Park. It was a great point for a stop on a road trip across the U.S. Just a note, this is a small business you are renting from vs. an individual so there is some paperwork. We had a dog and they were accommodating, which was really nice. And really responsive, which we appreciated. Recommend.

We absolutely loved our Kasa experience! The location to perfect for being able to use public transit to any place in the city. We visited the United Center and Magnificent Mile and both were very easy walks and rides from this place. The room was clean and the views STUNNING! The building itself was quiet, clean, and had very friendly staff on site. The check-in instructions for navigating the parking and access to the building were a unique touch in my experience with similar stays elsewhere. They were very detailed and inclusive of photos made it so smooth. My only critiques would be if you're facing east/northeast don't expect to sleep in. Darker blinds or curtains would certainly be a benefit to this Kasa as per our location in the building. However the views were worth it. Further, I didn't receive text response via the number I received a text from and was told to respond to. I ended up having to call and that was answered promptly, just curious if perhaps there's an issue with text.

Great place for a short stay. Clean and safe!

The location of this property is perfect, and the view is fantastic. The coffee and kitchen amenities were also great. This is the first time I have stayed in a property with a virtual lobby assistant, and it worked out well.

The place was beautiful and located in a great spot. My boyfriend and I stayed here 2 years prior and were so glad we decided to stay again. Limited noise from those around us when we stayed. Only thing I had to say that are not the best is the living room couch has some stains on it that threw me off a little bit. Other than that this place was perfect for our weekend getaway

I LOVED that the apartment had parking and allowed my cat (both for an additional charge of course). I had a partial view of the lake, which was an extra bonus for me. The support staff were friendly, and more importantly, timely, both in person and on the phone. Target, Whole Foods, a movie theater, restaurants, and public transportation (right outside), were only a few blocks away. The Jazz Showcase (I love jazz!) was a 3 block walk. Shed Aquarium, the Planetarium, and the Field Museum & Lake Michigan, about a mile's walk. I used the well-equipped gym almost every day, followed by free Starbucks coffee provided in the lounge/business center (available 24 hours). I stayed a month and can't wait to go back!!!

Had a couple of small issues. Communication was easy, prompt and issues were handled efficiently. Very attentive and friendly hosts. Would stay again!

Location was perfect! We were right in between the Willis Tower and the museums. Exactly where you want to be to do sight seeing and exploring with a family. The room was perfect with lots of room, everything we needed, easy parking, and an amazing view!

Great place

I had a wonderful experience at Kasa South Loop. The apartment was pristine upon arrival and very well appointed. I honestly may never go back to a traditional hotel, I enjoyed this experience so much more.

Nice little apartment less expensive than a hotel The room was very comfortable. It is furnished with very basic furnishings (nothing fancy), they were all clean and in good condition. It was definitely better than a hotel room.

Target nearby, plenty food choices. Walkable to Millenium Park, Grant Park. Not far from train station either.

We loved staying here. Likes: Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see, and quiet. Dislikes: Nothing.

Likes: Todo estaba perfecto. Algunas correcciones para hacer. Dislikes: Dejar aunque sea una botella de agua en la heladera para cuando uno recién llega, por lo menos tener algo para tomar. Falta una TV en la habitación, y fundamental, cambiar esas cortinas, y poner otras q realmente no dejen pasar nada de luz, en Verano a las 06.00 am ya es de día y entra mucho sol.

Hermoso departamento con una excelente vista y una buena ubicación, a unos 7 u 8 minutos en auto del downtown. Algunas cosas a mejorar son que , en el dormitorio principal la cortina dejaba ingresar mucha luz al dormitorio.

Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The location is perfect in downtown Chicago, bus line, cabs, and subway. If it wasn't near 100 degrees, we would have walked to the museums. Will definitely come back.

" Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover" Likes: Great location! Restaurants, Shopping & Entertainment was not too far away. Some places were in walking distances. Dislikes: I didn't like the room size, and also that in the bathroom, over the bathtub that there was a large area of Black Mold, and that drippings from that area fell into the tub when the shower water was on. So the shower was not usable.There was also mold starting to form around the upper perimeters of the other walls in the bathroom. I notified Kasa, and after hours, Maintenance finally came, spayed a solution on it, waited an hour for it to dry, then painted over it, he stated "there was a ventilation issue".The next day, it started to re-appear. Also, the Balcony area had not been swept. There were big spider webs, on the railings, & the chair that was there was too wobbly to sit on. I reported that, also. The repair person came and said it he tried to repair it, but couldn't fix it , he would have to order another one. Unfortunately, it never came during the visit there. I was never offered another room or a discount from this and the mold situation was just a "quick fix," in my opinion.

Home away from home. We had everything we needed during our stay at Kasa. It was like a home away from home. Kasa made the check in and check out very easy. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay with Kasa again. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed after long days out.

This is our second stay at this property. 3 families all had own room for private time but great kitchen living room when we all wanted to be together. Great building, kasa makes it super clear and easy to remotely check in and out. Great spot close to target/ movies and several restaurants. Will probably be back. Thanks!

Stay in there king room perfect size space and view clean and was in a great location to everything we needed

The place was nice and the location was safe, overall the stay was great. However, there is a sound sensor that is so sensitive and you receive a text for going over 80 db. All we were doing was laughing and talking and got 10 complaints in one night that can result in a $500 fine so beware if you are having any babies or dogs in the space. The door handle is not very secure and we had a group try to get into our room by kicking the door and jiggling the handle at 3:30 am, and didn’t trust that the door handle would keep us safe. Keep those in mind when you plan Kasa for your stay!

Beautiful view. Mostly well-stocked kitchen, but needed more place settings of silverware, plates, and glasses. Provided easy directions to follow.

Good location and amenities (gym, kitchen & w/d in unit, parking) for our needs. The parking process at check-in was a bit unclear since guests unload at the circle up front, where carts are available, then go park, (affordably for the city.) We have stayed at several Airbnb’s in the city the past year and felt the price at Kasa was a bit high for the unit quality; e.g. kitchen sink leaked underneath, the shower head pulling away from the wall, a topper was needed for the pull out sleeper, carpet stains, banged up furniture, hours long dog yapping nearby each evening. Great view of the lake from our room. Overall, we’d consider staying here again.

We were a family of four that had a wonderful stay at Kasa South Loop. The apartment was very spacious (especially living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom with twin beds was a bit small). We did not use the kitchen but it had all the basics, including coffee capsules which I didn’t see until the last day (they are in a basket!). The views were amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to grant park, art institute, etc. we would stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting inner Chicago with a small dog. Easy check-in and check-out, responsive host. Parking garage and small green space nearby as well. Would definitely recommend.

Chicago trip Apartment was very cost effective nice neighbor hood close to the subway easy to around Chicago plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This was a great stay! Beautiful views and awesome rooftop hang out area. Very centrally located and easy to get to many places. Highly recommend a stay here. Our unit was very spacious and plenty to accommodate 5 adults and two children.

Ottima struttura confort e pulizia perfetta

Kasa South Loop Chicago was the perfect base for our family vacation. We stayed in a 3-bed, 2-bath unit, and it was roomy, with everything we needed for two 50-somethings and our two adult kids. The unit had gorgeous views of Chicago (and the lake in the distance), a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra pillows, and was modern and well-maintained. The location was super convenient for all the standard tourist attractions, with most things in walking distance, and the L a short walk away as well. Everyone we encountered on the property was friendly & helpful, and the Kasa staff quickly replaced the one lightbulb we noticed wasn’t working. Though we didn’t use them, we were also impressed with the full-sized washer & dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and a very nice fitness facility. We loved the rooftop patio, and that there was a water bottle filling station just outside the fitness center. We would highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to Chicago, and definitely will look here first for any return trips!

Great location, neat little pad in the South Loop. Close to the subway/L, lots of restaurants and a Target within walking distance. Apartment was decently furnished, had cooking utensils, pans, etc.. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of towels. Will absolutely use again. Only issue we had was a door lock that sometimes took several tries to open. They sent a maintenance person the following day that adjusted it and then it worked slightly better. He did say that he would put that unit on the list for a new door, since the root problem was door warpage. Overall, great experience.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location! We enjoyed using the gym and the coffee bar. We found the area to be quiet while also close to everything! We really enjoyed the neighborhood including close access to Target and several great nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location & very clean.

This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Everyone we met in the building (residents & staff) was helpful & friendly. We would definitely recommend this location to others and will look here first for future Chicago accommodations!
