Overall, our stay at Kasa was a very good experience. The apartment is in a great location, and the place had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and gave very clear directions for check-in. Our only concern was that the second bathroom (in the hall) had quite a bit of black mold on the ceiling above the shower.

Perfect place Excellent place, good location, love the style of the room and the things included such as gym, kitchen, etc. It also have a great view. I will recommend for anyone visiting Chicago on a 3-4 days trip.

Great spot, affordable, walkable, clean, good amount of space. Building was a little annoying - not super well kept and they make you go through a back door, outside and around the building (even in the middle of the night) rather than let you walk 10 feet in from the lobby to the elevators.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kasa for two days while attending a conference! I liked having access to the gym and the on-site parking. I really appreciated that the area was safe and there was a front desk attendant the whole time.

Muy Buen apartamento, algo alejado. Requiere mejoras en atención al cliente. Likes: El apartamento es muy cómodo y amplio. En un buen edificio, bonitas vistas a la ciudad. Cuenta con lavadora, secadora, equipamiento completo de cocina. Sábanas y toallas en buen estado. Limpio y ordenado en la llegada. Dislikes: Algo alejado del sector turístico. El trato impersonal, todo mediante mensajes y mails .... Pedimos con antelación poder ingresar o dejar el equipaje a las 12 hs. Nos respondieron mediante mensaje el día de llegada a las 12.45 hs. Obviamente ya habíamos dejado el equipaje en una consigna paga en la Ciudad. Reservamos y abonamos 4 meses antes de hospedarnos y también querían cobrarnos un depósito de garantía de u$d250.- desde esa fecha ....increíble !!

Kasa was an awesome place to stay! I loved the clear, proactive communication leading up to our check-in on what to expect, how to navigate the parking garage, building, etc. The place was very clean, location was great, and views were amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was extremely convenient to walk or take public transit to the Field Museum and even Millennium Park. We were on the 13th floor, so the noise of the ambulances was ok. We ended up using earplugs a couple night and that was great. The beds were super comfy and having a washer and dryer was great. The only issue was the carpet was pretty heavily stained in the dining area. But otherwise it was clean and spacious. We had an amazing view of Sears Tower from the family room. So amazing!

The location was much better than I was expecting, it also might be the roomiest 2B I’ve ever rented in Chicago. Clear and fast communication from the host. Great place to stay for a family, we used the common space quite a bit during our vacation.

Our Kasa was perfect in every way! It was beautiful, the view was awesome, location was great, and it had everything we wanted and needed. The customer service was great as well, including the instructions for entering the building and room-very thorough. We could not have been happier!

We had a very nice stay. Very clean, very comfortable beds, very nice bedding. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was misunderstanding a last minute message we received about parking. There was no mention of the parking being at a cost of only saying that we had a space. It is my fault for assuming that the message was indicating we had a free space. It had been so long since I had booked the apartment that I did not think to look at the parking situation. So don't be fooled when you get that message telling you where your parking space is. We thought we could rent a car for one night and return it. The parking is assessed for the entire stay! They did make it right for me and in the end only charge me for one night but it was not without a struggle. Now that I know that, I will definitely not never make that mistake again regardless of what message I receive. Everything else was great and I would definitely stay again.

Likes: El apartamento es amplio, muy bien equipado, con unas vistas preciosas. Todo estaba muy bien. A 15 minutos andando de Art Institute of Chicago y con estaciones de tren urbano muy cerca. Dislikes: No hay contacto personal con nadie del apartamento. El contacto es exclusivamente por email. Bastante impersonal.

Had an amazing time at Kasa. The flat was fully equipped with everything I needed. Good place for some relaxed days in Chicago. Just the fridge noise might be a little annoying for people with light sleep.

Clear instructions, no issues gaining access. I would definitely stay here again! The place was clean and bed was comfy. I loved the extra towels and bedding. Great location-many things to do, but not right in the mess of the city.

Wonderful weekend in Chicago The small kitchen had everything we needed. The mattress was amazing, it was hard to get out of the bed in the morning. The check in process was simple and the location was perfect. There is a target on the next block.

My family and I loved this place! It looked just like the photos very comfortable and clean. The check in and check out was a breeze we got to Chicago late at night and had no issues getting in the building with the instructions given. Would definitely recommended.

Great and safe location and we would give a higher score if the maintenance problem was fixed. Likes: Spacious apartment suite and very easy walking distance to Millennium Park and downtown. Good information about checkin, use of the building and easy checkout. Dislikes: The toilet tank had a slow leak which caused it to refill every 5-10 minutes. This was very annoying especially for sleeping. We submitted an online maintenance report but nothing was done & we didn’t receive any acknowledgment.

Like an AirBnB minus complications Stayed in a 1br+den (which was really another bedroom but smaller) so got more space than a hotel but with hotel quality customer service and the normal necessities that hotels provide. Very thorough and easy to follow check in instructions, and check out was an absolute breeze. And the space was clean and comfortable!
