We have stayed here three times in the one bedroom with den that has a twin bed. We are always on the 13th floor. We have stayed in another apartment/hotel in Chicago close by, and while that was nicer and had a pool, it did not have parking or a balcony. Pros: Great location Parking garage with easy in-out access (pay extra) AC and heat work great, can make very cool Balcony (small with chairs and table) Full kitchen, plus kitchenware, tea kettle and toaster Tea bags and coffee provided. Coffee (in tea bags) in room is horrible. Good coffee downstairs in business center. Washer/dryer with laundry detergent Cleaning supplies Even numbered apartments face street and great view of city, morning sun Odd numbers see sunset and waterway but also trains Walking distance to a super Target with grocery and liquor Has its own dog park Good soundproofing Great rooftop with seating and pool room and distant view of fireworks Cons: Odd numbers face Metra double decker trains and sunset Industrial furniture, not very comfy Windows have blinds, but not room darkening shades, so bring eye mask if you need dark to sleep No dressers but large closet with shelving And constants in our rooms every time we stay: Fan in bathroom doesn’t work Mold on ceiling in bathroom Door handles and faucets are loose Door to deck doesn’t lock (this has been in every room we have stayed in) Would I stay here again? Absolutely! This is my favorite place so far to stay in Chicago. Also, dogs. Lots of dogs.

Comfortable apartment in a great location Likes: Very clean and comfortable for 4 people while at the same time in a great location with shops and restaurants at a walkable distance. Great check-in instructions Dislikes: The double bed wasn’t very comfortable as the matress was uneven and pushed you towards the middle. The presses in the bathrooms and kitchen could do with being refreshed.

Nice space within walking distance of tons of excellent restaurants as well as local attractions. Felt very safe walking around the area. Would definitely consider using them again for return trips to Chicago.

The Red Line train station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful.

Likes: Emplacement idéal pour visiter le loop au nord et au sud avec accès à toutes lignes de métro et de bus, dont les lignes de métro directes pour les aéroports. Studio spacieux, très calme avec un équipement de qualité. Le parking est un atout majeur et l'emplacement permet d'éviter les embouteillages de la ville. C’est notre deuxième séjour et nous recommandons cet hébergement. Dislikes: Trop de jour le matin dans la pièce malgré les stores.

Very easy check in process. Location was great- close to target. About a mile walking distance to any major touristy attractions. When we come back we would stay again! Pictured is a view from the rooftop.

Photos in the advertisement were not accurate. By far the worst hotel bed ever made. More like a dorm room bed. Pretty sure the entire floor knew when I turned over while sleeping.

The building/area are great. Being new to Chicago it can be pricey(I guess it’s due to areas here) but overall the kasa set up is beautiful!! Customer service is quick to respond.

Likes: The accommodation itself is fine Dislikes: There are no personell on site. The staff on site refuse to help you. Check in requires wifi. I wrote in advance to explain I was travelling from overseas and explained I would not have wifi on arrival. There is no information provided about any guest wifi available for check in. You are given a code 10 minutes before check in . This code must be retrieved via internet. The directions to the property are provided shortly before check in. Again all on the internet. There is no simple way to download these instructions. I had to do multiple screen shots and print them out before I left. There is no signage on site to direct you. These directions are confusing and you feel like you are in the wrong place, its like a back alley beside the bins. I also asked about baggage storage on booking, I recieved no information about this until shortly before the trip. There is no baggage storage on site. They provide you with a qr code to bounce luggage storage, the qr code did not work. On check out, We could not book online, we walked 10 minutes to nearest baggage storage. They refused to take our bags. We were left walking around chicago in the heat to find a suitable baggage starage. During my stay the lock on my door malfunctioned and the door would not lock. Again there is no staff on site. I texted the whatsapp number provided and they attempted to get someone to help me I waited as long as I could but essentially I had a booking and had to leave the apartment unlocked with all my belongings inside. They got it sorted while i was out. For accommodation of over 250 dollars a night. It is appalling service. I would never stay there again or recommend to anyone ever. There are hundrends of places to stay in Chicago, stay somewhere else.

Our stay was fantastic. The location couldn’t be beat, we were close to everything and it was super convenient with a Target just steps away, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. The place was clean and well kept. We stayed Friday through Tuesday and had zero complaints. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chicago who wants a stress-free, well-located home base.

Mieliśmy 3 oddzielne sypialnie, 2 łazienki i spory salon z kuchnią. Jeśli nie przepadacie za hotelowymi śniadaniami a lubicie codziennie zjeść co innego to będzie to doskonały wybór! Lokalizacja jest bardzo zacna, a powierzchnia apartamentu jest definitywnie nieosiągalna praktycznie w żadnym hotelu. Pozdrawiamy z Polski 🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱

Awesome stay at Kasa south loop. Great view and location, most of the attractions are a mile way. Covered and safe parking space, make sure to book parking space along with booking.

The apartment was fabulous! Amazing views, and everything was clean and well appointed. The building is in a good location, and customer service was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom unit. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had city views that included the Chicago River and the frequent architectural tour boars cruising by. The beds were comfortable and showers were nice. The shared amenities in the building were added perks, and we made use of the spotless gym and game room. We were there on a foggy, stormy 4th of July, but were able to enjoy fireworks to the west and south from the full windows of the apartment as well as to the east/lake from the rooftop! There is a Target next door, which we visited the first day to stock up on breakfast and snack items. There is a Lou Malnati's just a few blocks over for deep dish pizza, and two subway stops within easy walking distance. If we didn't take the subway, then we walked to the lakefront which was less than a mile away. Also, whenever I had questions, the responses came back very quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Our room was clean, spacious and updated. We were in a great location. Within walking distance of most things that we wanted to see and a short Divvy bike ride to other things. Divvy bikes were right outside.

A must stay location Great place to stay, very beautiful view of the city from our room. The location is amazing, close to everything without being super downtown. Terrific value, two BR with 4 total beds, 3 nights at a amazing price!

Outstanding experience! If this is your first time visiting Chicago, this location is a real treat. The photos simply don’t do justice to the incredible views from the balcony and bedroom. One recommendation: be sure to take advantage of the rooftop on the 24th floor. The views and overall atmosphere are absolutely amazing. One final tip: factor the $69 parking fee into your budget. While it’s an added expense, the convenience is well worth it. Highly recommended!

Fantastic alternative to AirBnB Fantastic alternative to AirBnB. Great location in Chicago loop. Floor to ceiling windows allow for a view that's hard to beat. Other amenities like rooftop shared space were an added bonus.

When you book with Kasa you don't actually book the apartment you see here. Rather, one of several apartments on the 16th floor that Kasa owns. What I wish I knew? Not all of those apartments are appointed equally. Ours varied so much from the photos, we thought we were in the wrong place. The comfortable blue chair in the photos? We had a white, plastic, folding chair. Our view? It was a parking lot and construction. I don't have enough characters to list all the ways it fell short. When I messaged Kasa that the quality was not comparable to what is promised in the photos---we were told that "furnishings may vary slightly because our Kasa decor is one-of-a-kind!" We were given $50 back as an apology. The pros? It was very clean. The location was great. Kasa replied to each message. It was "okay," hence the 3 stars. My family and I still had a great time in Chicago for the 4th of July weekend. But at $300+ a night, plus the misleading photos----this feels like a bait-and-switch.

Access instructions were somewhat fuzzy concerning accessing the apartment, thought the cards inside worked the door, but eventually figured out the pass code was required for the rental and the cards accessed other Kasa facilities.

I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels and had long and short term vacation rentals and let me tell you why I start to miss my experience here at Kasa. It’s not designed to be the most luxurious type, but what it did very well was thoughtfulness. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. Kitchen supply wasn’t just barebones, but came with plenty of pans, pots, cutting boards and cutleries. There were enough trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and paper napkins, and I could tell they were supplied for the duration of my stay. I had a list of stuff to buy right after I checked in but realized there was no need to do so. I’ll book at the same place next time I travel to Chicago.

Great location - within walking distance of mass transit, restaurants, and night life. Corner room was great for city views. 24th floor/rooftop lounge and game room were wonderful. Staff on site were friendly and helpful.

Extremely small. One side is all window and very hot. Also why have a balcony if you can’t smoke? Parking is separate from the building resulting in a far walk to the building while hauling your bags manually.
