Overall, it is a nice place to stay. The location was great. We were lucky to be placed on the 16th floor with a lake view, so the view was nice, too.
It’s clear, however, that this place is managed by people who don’t live there. There were just quirks to the place that would have been resolved if a person (not a company) rented the place. The door to the balcony didn’t lock. The entire east facing wall was windows, which was beautiful during the day, but was a pain in the morning because the blinds they have didn’t block out the sun - hello 5am wake up! A person would have easily been able to install black out curtains. There wasn’t a book to tell you about the special spots in the neighborhood, and the place lacked homeliness.
Overall, I’d stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option. It wasn’t bad and the location was great. But, given the choice between this and another place in the same location and price point, I’d choose somewhere else.
