Good location, great apartment, convenient. Likes: Great location, easy access to everything. Dislikes: I didn't understand that I needed to go through the back. It was tough with a lot of bags and felt a bit unwelcoming.

Quiet Downtown location, great value. Likes: Wonderful, clean location. Great price, the security is awesome and saved me from losing my phone. I would stay here in a flat minute everytime I go to Chicago. Dislikes: It's a little out of the way from downtown.

Amazing place for families! If anyone is looking for a place to stay for families or large groups in Chicago, I highly recommend Kasa South Loop. There are studios to 3 bedroom apartments with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room to hang out. Just stayed there for 3 nights for my cousins wedding. Booked several 3 bedroom apartments and everyone loved it. Not luxurious but clean, safe, and a ton of space with all the necessities. Also very affordable. There’s a target next door to stock up on milk and snacks for the little ones. There’s a cute local coffee shop next door with great coffee and breakfast sandwiches that we went to every morning. It’s a 20 minute walk to Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium. We also did public transportation bc we traveled with our 1 and 3 year old without car seats and had no issues. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again. Below is the view from our living room.

Amazing VIEWS....Awesome Location...Perfect Birthday Celebration Likes: Directions and check-in instructions very clear and detailed. Entrances inviting, flowers, maintained. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views from the room and balcony were A-MAZ-ING! Bed linens and mattress were most comfortable. Extra linens and pillows available. Perfectly furnished and decorated. Location to train station, Target, river and restaurants just PERFECT. TV was easy to use. It was all great and we WILL be back! Dislikes: Front desk staff not very engaging. Frowning, looking bored, often didn't look at you or greet you (except to correct you) upon entering, but that was ok, not necessary. Rooftop access was supposed to be 6am (to see sunrise!) but it wasn't open until 7a,. I tried online help and got prompt responses but they just kept saying "do you have your fob?" DUH. Of course I did. AND then repeated the hours it was open. I was standing there! And it didn't open until 7am. I suspect Programmed not for Daylight Savings Time. I might also suggest some sort of nice, heavy duty, curtain on a ceiling track, between bedroom and living room so if one person still sleeping, the other can get up and make coffee with less light for person sleeping. ALL of these are VERY minor suggestions.

Decent stay with nothing out of the ordinary. Garbage disposal didn’t work in the unit and despite reaching out, no one came to resolve the issue over my week-long stay.

Great stay!

We had an incredible stay and appreciated the convenience of the stores and other amenities. The room was a perfect size, had what we needed and we absolutely loved the balcony and views from our unit. We felt safe and also comfortable in the unit and building. We would definitely stay here again!

Likes: The room (both bedroom and bathroom) is spacious. They offer most of the essentials. Its about 15 mins walk from the metro. Dislikes: The train noise is definitely loud. The elevators are very slow ( only 2 elevators), so people need to wait for a long time. Some shelves are not stable, so be careful when you close the closet.

Plenty of amenities nearby. Good gym. Friendly neighbors. And the views are better than the photos. Only downside is the second bedroom is very small and the central air blows strongest in that room - making it uncomfortably cold. The master bedroom is quite a different story with floor to ceiling windows, huge memory foam bed and less air blowing directly on your face.

Likes: Bien situé, près d'une station de métro, target. Superbe terrasse sur le toit. L'appartement bien équipé. Dislikes: En arrivant, personnel sans sourire et d'aucune aide pour nous situer. Le ménage ne semblait pas fait au complet dans l'appartement. Plusieurs cheveux au sol dans la salle de bain et dans le bain. Poussière sur les meubles. Le tapis plein de graines. Le réfrigérateur très bruyant et l'insonorisation très moyenne.

Great views and location. Everything worked well and was as described. I didn’t find the place to be as clean as expected - there were cleanable marks on the mirrors, the walls, the cupboards, the TV, etc. The place wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t overly clean. The furniture in the living room wasn’t very comfortable for our family of four but the beds were nice. Overall, the Kasa needs a little love but it met our basic needs - and we really liked the location.

Very enjoyable weeklong stay. Particularly liked eating pizza on the rooftop. Great amenities and good communication

I LOVED our stay with Kasa! The location was great (south loop, average 15-20 minute walk to big shopping/touristy areas) and the condo was BEAUTIFUL. We loved the view of the Chicago River and the floor-to-ceiling windows. Kasa was very active with messaging and making sure we were taken care of. Will absolutely stay again!

This was a great place for a four night stay. Close to groceries and restaurants, and the Kasa team went the extra mile with a pack-and-play and infant seat for our kid. Would highly recommend!

The view was spectacular, the price was jacked up for lollapalooza weekend. The beds were extremely comfortable though!

Great little place for exploring Chicago or for going to festival at Grant Park. The gym was more than adequate with lots of cardio machines and weights. Very well stocked with a coffee machine plus lots of pods/creamer/sweetener. All necessary items taken care of as well. Easy walk to the L and took that from the airport. Also there is a Target with grocery 1 block away. Had an overall great stay!

Kasa was the perfect stay. Great location and very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with as well

Enjoyed our long weekend in Chicago. Terrific location and building, just a few blocks from Michigan Ave and Grant Park. Plenty of space for 4 people, beds were very comfy. And Kasa was very proactive with their communications, making it a very easy virtual process from beginning to end. We'll be back!

I’m torn on this one because the apartment is wonderful, but the service was absolutely awful. Apartment: spacious, clean, incredible view, comfortable beds, big kitchen. Despite what it seems like in the description, this is a true two bedroom with one master bed, and one small room with a twin bed and balcony. Service: What can I say about this service Kasa? They remove all the personalization from staying in an Airbnb. I get more personal service in a hotel by a long shot. At the beginning of my stay I requested more towels and I never got them. When you request something from housekeeping they put your request in a queue where it stays for 24 hours even tho housekeeping is in the building. You talk to reps who sound like they’re AI, and there is no getting through to them. You feel like you’re talking to a customer service rep at a cable company. They had the audacity to charge me $2500 for 4 days during Lollapalooza weekend and this is the service I get! Shame on you, Kasa.

Estancia agradable proxima al centro. Likes: Construcción moderna y bien vigilada. Bastante próximo al centro de la ciudad. Buenas vistas. Cama cómoda y muchos enchufes. Cocina grande. Suministro de aceite, especias y café. Dislikes: Balcón bloqueado, no se puede salir. Sillas y mesa muy incómodas. Falta cortina en la ducha.. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. Poca vajilla.

Staying at 900 S Clark was just like being a resident of the City! The front door staff knew who we were and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. It's the perfect location to enjoy all of the wonderful things to do in Chicago.

When we travel in the future, we will look for Kasa properties. Likes: Hotel rooms can be cramped. We wanted more space. Kasa provided a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, laundry in the room, and a full kitchen. Dislikes: Everything met our expectations.

The apartment felt like home. The view was amazing. Overall great experience as close enough to walk or bike to local attractions.

The Kasa we stayed in for our birthday weekend was perfect. Lots of views of the city, however it is very close to neighbors so be aware of that. Great location to walk to many local shops!

9.8/10. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Just an 8 minute walk to the subway and 20 minute walk to the train station. Right next door to Target. The only reason I didn’t give a 10/10 is because the 4:00 check in was very inconvenient because they don’t allow you to wait in the lobby or have anywhere on site to store your luggage. We spent several hours outside in the 90 degree heat with our luggage. Also, there is a tv in the living room but not in the bedroom. We stayed a week and it would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. But overall I would highly recommend this property.
