The apartment was beautiful and clean, with all the stuff you need for your stay and in walking distance to some good restaurants and also to the public transport. We could reach all the places we wanted to go to easily. Our apartment had windows to a train track, so the train went right behind it and it was quite noisy, even at night.
In general, the Kasa team was nice and easy to reach out to. Nevertheless, what really bothered us was that Kasa wanted us to pay for the parking lot for the entire stay, which was 8 nights, even if we just registered our car for the parking lot 3 days before our departure. Shortly after that, they told us we could not even use the garage on the last day, because there was a power washing going on. So in the end we used the parking lot for only two days.
Overall, it was nice to stay in an apartment with a lot of amenities and in a good area in Chicago.
