Great stay in Chicago Very clean, quiet accommodation. We stayed in the king studio apartment with beautiful views of the city (slight disappointment, I was expecting a balcony, and our unit did not have one). Full kitchen, washer and dryer included. Is a 2 minutes walk to Target for supplies. Parking is available in the building's garage at a very reasonable cost. Lots of restaurants nearby. Fast check in and check out, following the instructions they send. The team was also were very quick to respond to any questions that I had via email or chat. It was our first time in a Kasa apartment, but not the last. Very happy with our stay.

Just adequate Likes: Spacious. Reasonably close to downtown and parks. Dislikes: The apartment was somewhat tired and dated, like something from the 1980s. Being woken at 5:30 by the rail tracks close to the building. The dishwasher was too noisy to use whilst in the apartment!

Can't wait to come back!! AMAZING 👏 The view was incredible and there was so much space! The bed was very comfy and we never heard a peep from other tenants. We love that it is dog friendly even though we didn't bring our pug with us she would have loved it. We wanted to move in after our stay! Very clean rooms, large TV, balcony, city view, target right next to us AND an amazing restaurant called sociale that served us the most incredible lamb. If we ever come back to Chicago we are staying here again!

Nice building Friendly staff. Issues: Window blinds need repair, would not close to the floor as the pull cords were tied too high No welcome letter to mention restaurants, nearby CTA sites. local TV news channel.. No mention of keys hanging by the door.... I came home after 10pm from a baseball game... The concierge told me I had to go around the building and use my key. which I had no idea that it would be needed..

Cozy home away from home The views were amazing! I really loved the big windows with option for privacy at night. The bed was comfy and I spent most of my time relaxing in there when I was at the place. The kitchen was great and made it easy to have snacks and heat up leftovers. I could have cooked if I had wanted to since all the kitchen cookware was available. Plenty of towels and I appreciated the various soaps were sulfate and fragrance free. It was a convenient spot for Uber pickups and I liked it wasn't in the middle of the super busy part of downtown but close enough to get places easily.

Spacious and well equipped apartment although it was old and tired like something from 1970's. Good views from the 13th floor including the adjacent rail tracks which conveniently wake you up at 5:30 am. Of course it's much less expensive than a hotel.
