Apparemment bien situé proche du centre touristique. Facile d'accès il y a un supermarché juste à côté et quelques restaurants corrects. La station mètro Harrison est à 5mn et direct pour le centre ville en 15mn

perfekter aufenthalt wenn man in chicago ist Likes: sehr gut ausgestattete küche, sehr bequeme betten, mehrere kissen, sehr ruhig, gemütlich, sicher Dislikes: die türfalle aussen ist nicht richtig fixiert, man wusste nie ob sie abfällt oder nicht. das schloss schliesst automatisch nach 30 sekunden, das ist meiner meinung nach viel zu lange, besonders wenn man nach draussen geht und jedesmal 30 sekunden warten muss bis man hört das die türe geschlossen wurde.

Excelente recomendo altamente.

It was a really great stay, keep doing like that! Likes: I liked very much the property and all the care put in having all the necessary stuff for having a good stay. The location is really good, close to the main areas of interest in downtown Chicago, grocery stores pretty close, etcetera. All good

This Kasa is a great space that just needs a little TLC. The customer service is exceptional! The bed is also incredible - one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and great linens. The hot water and the shower pressure are also great! There's a nice view from the bedroom, the building staff and tenants were all very kind, and the gym space is nice. The cleaning/maintenance supplies are also well-stocked. The Kasa looked as clean on the surface as it does in the pictures, but some better work is needed here that a good deep cleaning and a change in how the floors are cleaned would help. Don't expect others to be quiet - you can hear every single thing said in the hallways on the floor and even people in other apartments if they are loud (especially children). There are also some other louder than normal sounds from water pipes. But after midnight it was always quiet and the sound machine was very helpful. All in all a great stay and the pros outweigh the cons for sure.

It was my 2nd staying at Kasa South Loop, both experiences were amazing. Facilities with various amenities are well equipped, Location is great as well. (10mins by feet from CTA Blue, Red line & Loop line) Furthermore the night city view from terrace is astonishing. I guess it is other reason to Stay in Kasa.

Stunning Views, Quiet and Comfortable I loved this apartment! It is in a safe location 2 blocks from Target, about 10 blocks from Trader Joes and half a dozen blocks from good selection of restaurants. The apartment was fully outfitted with soap pods for washer, hot pot, coffee maker, toaster, usable pots & pans, utensils, sharp knives & scissors. Chicago comes with lots of sirens - but with a combination of my Eargasm Sqeegie earplugs and the fans on it was quiet all night (and that is saying a lot from me because I'm a light sleeper). Access to the building and room is easy and clearly explained by Kasa. I was nervous about making a reservation with electronic communication only, but Kasa was very responsive and even more proactive than most hosts and hotels. They accommodated my request to checkin 1 hour early and sent several messages to make sure I got in ok. Overall, this was a better experience than Airbnb because of more flexible and clear cancellation policy and more clear policies and guidance for navigating the property and amenities. It is also a little less expensive than a hotel with more live-in amenities. I will look to Kasa first the next time I visit Chicago. Thank you to everyone at Kasa who interacted with me to make this such a great experience:)

Fabulous. Likes: Location. Space to prepare food and picnics. Easy access to Target and Whole Foods. Short walk to Jazz clubs. Dislikes: We would have liked another spare set of towels.

The view is stunning from the apartment. The price was slightly less than nearby hotels and included a washer/dryer and full kitchen which was not available in hotels. The gym and printer in the office area were great. They thought of everything: soap pods for waser, hot pot, coffee maker, toaster, usable pots & pans, utensils, sharp knives & scissors, even a "first aid kit" that included safety pins. Although it is right downtown and Chicago always comes with sirens, a combination of leaving the fans on and using my Eargasm Squeegies ear plugs made it completely QUIET for sleeping. There is absolutely no noise from the apartments above. It is in a safe location 2 blocks from Target and about 10 blocks from Trader Joes and within blocks of many good restaurants. I was initially nervous about booking with a company that had 100% electronic interaction, but I was pleasantly surprised! They checked on me with regular text messages to ensure I made it in and was satisfied when I arrived. They accommodated my request to checkin an hour early and asked the day before I left if I required a late checkout. Overall, this is better than any Airbnb experience I've had including a flexible and clear cancellation policy and clear policies and guidance for navigating the property and amenities. I will definitely seek out Kasa apartments in the future as a first option. Thanks to everyone who was involved in my stay!

We had a great view and the property was clean and safe. The woman working at the front desk of the building did yell at me for touching a door handle, which was about the only complaint I have.

This hotel was great price for a great view in a great location I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a great stay. Perfect for a family of 4. Everyone had their own room/space. Great views and loved the floor to ceiling windows.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was amazing

This is our third stay at this location (different units each time). The location is great, with a Target, Trader Joes, Walgreens, etc. all within walking distance. Very close to the museum campus as well. This unit is showing some age, but is clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend.

Well situated for walking to the downtown sites. Nice views. Well appointed. Would stay there again.

Nice clean apartment, easy check in, perfect for our business trip to Chicago

Fantastic anniversary stay! Likes: The view from the balcony was nice (Lake Michigan and the park) This place was walking distance to so many things we wanted to see and do, it was great! The kitchenette was good, so we could snack/cook/eat in when we were tired from walking, the rooftop area had a great view and was a fantastic place to watch the sun go down. The parking (22/night) was inexpensive compared to nearby places, and had in/out privileges without requiring valet, which was convenient for our plan (bringing some food to the place). Four elevators in the 24-story building meant never waiting long for an elevator. Extra bonus: The place is pet friendly, so we got to see more dogs!

Everything was exactly what was told and displayed to us. Unfortunately they couldn't let us extend an extra day, which was totally understandable. lastly I didn't like communicating via text but I'm Ole School and prefer a real person. I will definitely use Kasa again when return to Chicago or any of their other locations.

we had a great time and definitely recommend it! Likes: We loved everything about it. Great location, awesome easy parking, wonderful unit with well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great view. The only issue was that the bathroom door doesn’t stay closed. It keeps popping open unless you block it with something. We’re married so it wasn’t a big deal for us. it really needs to be fixed though. Dislikes: The bathroom door doesn’t stay closed.

Great spot with great views of the city and the lake! Walking distance to Grant Park. Only flaw was not everything was really cleaned. Still had hair and crumbs on the furniture and blinds had something brown that was spilled on them. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future though!
