The place, the customer service, the location .... it all couldn't have been better. I mean, there were even K Cups in the kitchen!! I love the dish and hand soap too. I would have liked a bigger couch. Some had to sit at the kitchen table and watch tv, not as relaxing when you've been out exploring all day, BUT I mean, everything else exceeded expectations.

The perfect Blend between a nice hotel and a good Airbnb. If you dont need anybody to do your bed or dishes and enjoy making your breakfast Kasa is a great option Only bummer no luggage room and no chance to get your amazon orders there

The condo was amazing and was perfect for our family visit to Chicago. The building was new and the place was clean with an incredible view of the city. Onsite parking was great also, but note that the Kasa spots are 4 floors up in the garage so that could be a problem for some guests.

Fantastic for a family stay in Chicago! A short walk from the Harrison and Roosevelt CTA stops, and within walking distance to lots of cool sites. Having a washer/dryer in the unit gives this place a clear advantage over hotels. Easy to book, check-in and check out. Incredible view of the city. Water wasn’t very hot for showers/baths otherwise no complaints.

Overall we were very pleased with our Kasa Airbnb! Communication was clear, efficient and instructions were easy to follow. We would have like to have more comfortable seating in the living room--maybe a couple of cushy armchairs along with a foot rest. Even for four (two adults, two teens), the couch and one wooden chair were not comfortable for watching an hour of TV or so. A few more blankets would have helped, but we also got by just fine (and didn't ask for more, so perhaps we would have been given some!). Overall, this was close to public transportation, easy to walk to places, restaurants and shops were close. I would stay here again!

I had a great experience staying at this flat. I felt right at home. The apartment is very clean and everything was in order. The Kasa staff made everything to accommodate my needs. I would certainly stay at this location again.

Easy check in and out process. Room had everything we needed. Great location to meet up with my daughter at her dorm. Target right down the street for anything you might need. Rooftop community room access was amazing also. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo exceeded our expectation. Kasa does a really nice job with check in and logistics (the easy step by step where to park, how to get in, with real pictures was awesome). The floor plan is great (master is far away from other two bedrooms) and very spacious. Blows the doors off hotels for a family. Good views, easy access to garage, friendly tenants. We have a son at Columbia College downtown/south loop and this is the perfect spot to visit.

The kitchen was stocked with almost everything one could think of to cook a meal: pots & pans, cooking utensils/serving spoons, measuring cups, olive oil, salt & pepper, baking sheet pans, wine cork screw opener, toaster, etc. I also loved that there was an in-unit washer & dryer with detergent tabs available. I think they thought of pretty much everything, except for a blender which would've been nice, but that also would've been above and beyond; I ended up just bringing my own portable blender nbd. It's walking distance to a Target and various food places. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and satisfying two-night stay.

Kasa’s unit in the South Loop is conveniently located in a very walkable place of Downtown Chicago. The unit was very clean & spacious. The best part about this unit were the beds, as they were extremely comfortable. Kasa was a great host & very communicative. My group & I would have no problem staying in one of their residences again.

Love the location! Close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The studio King apartment was perfect for me and my husband. The place was clean and the beds are really comfortable! The view from our room was a nice touch too. Check-in/out was was really easy and loved the onsite parking garage. I felt safe because to access the inside of the building a fob was needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean and comfortable My husband and I stayed at Kasa South Loop Chicago basically in downtown Chicago. We were close to shopping restaurants and bars. Our efficiency room with King bed was perfect for us. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean we even had 2 separate closets to hang our clothes. I felt safe because fobs were needed to enter the building. If you have a car there is a covered parking garage where a Fob is also needed. We walked to Target literally on the next block and Skydeck about a mile away. Overall a great visit and will definitely stay here again.

This apartment was spotless, spacious, and has amazing views! Bed is a tempur-pedic and exceptionally comfortable. Walkable to several nearby restaurants and Grant Park, train stop nearby. Coffee pods, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, olive oil all provided. Parking is in an attached garage and was very convenient and affordable. Communication was quick and clear. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible place! As soon as we got there, we realized that it was even better than the photos. The living room had full length glass windows with an amazing view of Chicago. The bedrooms had similar views, very comfortable beds (with extra pillows), and nice closet space. The kitchen had all the required amenities and the Keurig was perfect for our morning coffee. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The communications from Kasa were prompt and detailed, which made the check-in and check-out a breeze. We LOVED staying here and will absolutely return in the future.
