Kasa made our experience easy from booking to check-out. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed (plus some extras). We loved the area and felt it was a great value! The building and parking deck felt safe and were well lit at night. The building was clean and fairly quiet. We loved our stay and would absolutely book again!

We had a great time staying at Kasa. Clean. Well equipped. Great view. Close to everything!

Great place. Within walking distance of several El lines, so you don't need a car to get around. Perfect location to explore the city. Very nice movie theater just around the corner if you're looking for a movie. The exercise room is very nice. It's large, and even includes a separate yoga studio. The outdoor area on the rooftop has great views of the Chicago skyscrapers, and has comfortable seats to sit and enjoy the view.

Weekend trip with my son! The apartment was spacious with everything we would need! Beautiful views of the city skyline and 2 blocks from mass transit. Check in instructions were very helpful and clear especially in regards to parking. We did not get a chance to use the amenities but very dog friendly, very nice fitness center and beautiful rooftop area for socializing!

The bathroom and bedroom was lacking hooks or shelf/dresser space for clothes it when getting ready. There was not enough room on bathroom sink. The sink was super clogged and hard to wash your hands, face and brushing your teeth without the sink filling up with water. The shower head could use a handheld shower spray. Not enough hand and shower towels for 2 people for 4 nights. Especially because we were there during summertime and taking showers for dinner and going out. The sofa was small and uncomfortable to sit and lounge to watch movies. It would been nice to have a small tv in the bedroom. There was no privacy door or curtains to divide the bedroom from the living room. The bed was super small for 2 people (Full-size) not a Queen as shown in pics. The patio area had a AC exhaust vent which blew lot of hot air and could not really enjoy outside patio unless we turned the AC off, but how do you keep the indoor comfortable if you have to turn off the air in the summer just to enjoy the patio area. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with pots,pans, utensils etc. Wish the Keurig coffee maker held more than one cup of water. We loved that this unit had free parking pass and it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Loved that this location was near State street shopping. Lots of small cafe and bars were all walking distance. A few of these upgrades mentioned for the money we paid would have been nice and hence it didn’t get 5 stars.

Stay at Kasa South Loop Studio ARC Music Festival Good safe location in the heart of the city, next to Target, with very convenient on-site free parking, fully supplied kitchen, washer, dryer, comfy memory foam mattress bed, surplus of pillows, and enough bathroom and other utilitarian supplies. Superb! The only thing the management should check is the air filter.

Great location! Close enough to bike to all of the main attractions except Navy Pier. The view was magnificent! You can see the water. Unit was as described. The door person was also very helpful!

Safe, convenient location. It's a luxury building so you get all the amenities of one. Loved my stay - wish I lived there all the time!

This was an AMAZING experience! The apartment exceeded my expectations! Every comfort of home, amazing: views, amenities, location! This is a keeper when we return! The check in was easy and the staff were accommodating. Our pup also loved looking out! ❤️

I traveled with kids, and aging/wheelchair bound family members. we were all comfortable, though we could have used another couch or comfy chairs. Gorgeous views!

I’m so glad we selected this apartment for our family vacation in Chicago! The moment we opened the door and saw the view… well you should have seen the looks on the kids faces! This was an absolutely perfect homebase for our four days in the city. It was an easy walk to several restaurants and a great coffee shop, plus just a block from target where we could stock the kitchen with snacks for the week. We could also walk to the tourist sites like the aquarium, planetarium, and “the bean”. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and did I mention the view???

Great stay, fantastic location! The place was immaculately clean and the host was very good at communicating with us. The flat had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and we had use of a washing machine and dishwasher. Our only bit of criticism was that the blinds in both bedrooms were not great, so we were woken up at the crack of dawn by light flooding our room.

La seule choses négative était le prix, toroo élevé selon moi. En dehors de cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chicago, et c'est en partie grâce à la qualité de notre logement ! J'y reviendrais avec plaisir, mais à un prix moins élevé.

Great location and nice accommodations!

Nice view, comfortable apartment This was a perfect homebase for our family vacation in Chicago. Everything that we needed - simple and clean. The view was outstanding! When we visited the top of the Willis tower, finding our “home” among all the other buildings was so exciting. Highly recommended.

Accurate listing! 10 min walk from the Blue Line (45 mins from ORD), comfortable AC, amazing views, A+ cleanliness, and in a safe area. Target is a 3 min walk away for anything left behind or last-minute necessities. This is also near great places to eat, a liquor store, and a BYOB brunch spot.

Excellent view and nice location

Great apartment in a wonderful, walkable location. Very spacious and quite possibly the cleanest place I've ever stayed -- immaculate. Only minor cons -- there is a little wear from use in inconsequential places (e.g. baseboard of bathroom cabinet), the furniture was a little "cheap" feeling/bed too firm for my taste, and the blinds struggled to keep the bright sun from our east-facing room. However, this place was comfortable, well appointed, and clearly well-maintained. Free parking, the dog-friendly environment, beautiful views from the roof deck and rooms more than make up for any downsides. My family looks forward to staying again!

If you are visiting anyone in South Loop or going to a Bears game, this is the perfect place to stay. Excellent covered parking, very nice apartment, easy to navigate arrival and dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Our family of five - and puppy - were very comfortable for the week at our Kasa. The bike share on the corner made for an easy commute to work for my husband, and the close proximity to the parks and museums made it easy to get out and do things for our kids and me. The apartment has incredible light and sunset views - in addition to all the supplies we needed for the week - and the roof deck was a fun place to catch the Wednesday night Navy Pier fireworks. Our kids loved the space we had - and the dog loved the private dog run the building has on-site. Kasa was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was a breeze. We had a great stay in Chicago!

Great for families!

I enjoyed my stay with my family very much. Very well equipped apartment with great view. The location is perfect just next to supermarket (Target) and in the walking distance for most of the attraction places.

We stayed at Kasa for a family trip with a 4 year old. Apartment was nice and well suited for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us! Just a few blocks to CTA bus stop that we needed, many stores and restaurants near by. We would definitely stay here again.
