Overall, the place was pretty good - once they took care of an important, hard to believe, cleaning issue. We like being able to heat up leftovers, and the kitchen worked well for us. The bed was comfortable and two types of pillows were on it which is nice. Don't count on the tv as the "smart" apps (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) weren't logged in and usable.

We really enjoyed our stay at KASA! The accommodations were perfect: the apartment was spotless, they provided us with everything we could have possibly needed, and the property had excellent security. We also loved the location.

Great place. Great location. There are sensitive noise sensors in the room that were set off by as little as a family of 4 watching TV in the living room. The alerts we received as a result of triggering these sensors was a minor inconvenience on any otherwise great stay.

We had a great stay at Kasa's South Loop Chicago property. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, making us feel like we were in a Penthouse suite. There were nice restaurants and easy access to tourists spots. The apartment is well appointed but simple in the decor with comfortable beds. We had everything we needed to live for the week. I particularly appreciated the fully stocked coffee and tea station and the olive oil and salt and pepper. The Kasa staff were extremely prompt and helpful with all our inquiries and check-in and check-out a breeze. We'd definitely return to this property.

The apartment was a perfect home base to explore Chicago. 4 adults fit very comfortably and having a kitchen was awesome. The views were not downtown skyline but still nice to have.

We had a great stay! Pros-Our view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great for the meals we ate in. We spent our trip going to all the chicago sights, and a concert at Soldier field. Location can not get much better. We could walk to all museums, Soldier Field, millennium park, magnificent mile! We opted for this place to avoid having to uber/lyft everywhere. Train service from the airport leaves you as short walk away. Great food options in the area. Washer/dryer was useful halfway through the trip. Cons-If you are sensitive to morning Sun bring an eye mask. We are sensitive to morning Sun and couldn’t sleep in. The internet was not good, a majority of the time being slow enough where we kept WiFi off. If I am back in chicago I will stay here again without hesitation!

Kasa South Loop Chicago is conveniently located. Apartment was very clean and up to date. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided. Plenty of K-cup for coffee in the kitchen. Work out room has state of the art equipment. We would definitely stay here again. However, a day after we got home we got an email saying we failed to leave one of the door fobs behind and we were charged $200. If you stay here make sure to take a picture of fobs and parking pass before you leave so you don't get charged. I really believe both fobs were hanging on the hooks before we left.

Great place in a nice area of the South Loop with a great cityscape view from our unit (floor to ceiling windows). It was about three blocks from the Roosevelt El stop. A Target that was a block away made buying supplies easy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Check in was swift and easy after an easy walk from the train. Our room was ready upon check in and clean. With Target a hop, skip, and a jump away, we were able to get snacks for the rest of our stay. The views are unbeatable from wherever you stand in the apartment. Rooftop amenities are also such a treat! There are wonderful restaurants close by and grounds always felt safe. Conveniently located, with very easy walking access to just about anything. We hope to be able to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience with Kasa for our Airbnb in Chicago! The place was clean, all amenities were stocked and the place was as pictured. Check in and out was a breeze. Having a parking spot onsite was a dream! I cannot recommend Kasa enough. We will definitely be back and will only book with Kasa! Thank you for providing my kids with a great experience for their first time in Chicago!

Great Hotel! Perfect location, beautiful views, safe and secure building, lots of food options nearby, and overall excellent. Target is a five minute walk. The aquarium and other museums are a 20-25 minute walk away. We were able to take the CTA from the airport to the Lasalle station. Kasa was a five minute walk form there.

An awesome location! It was an easy walk to get to the Museum Campus as well as downtown (1.5 miles each way). Access to the L and trains was super easy, too, and there is a Target and Trader Joes very close by for any food/beverage/supply needs. The view of the Chicago River from our place, as well as the view from the rooftop terrace were spectacular. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay, loved the building and the ease of check in. Great accessibility with the online concierge throughout our stay but specifically at night when our code stopped working. In two minutes I had a solution and the problem was solved. Beds were comfortable, the patio and building were amazing with nice views. It was extremely clean and cozy and my family feast safe. The coffee k-cups were a nice surprise, and having a parking lot was clutch in Chicago. Only thing we didn’t love is the living room furniture was not comfortable and not easy for all of us to sit on. I would definitely look to upgrade that. Overall great stay and would love to stay there again!

The place is awesome. Decent size Studio worth a lot of bath amenities. Walking distance to shopping and eating. Convenient to downtown and west loops. We had a few issues the first day but their customer service did get it resolved fairly efficiently. Nice to have 24 hour customer service. The couch could be a little softer.

I am so pleased with our stay at Kasa South Loop. Traveling with a family of 5, this apartment had everything we needed. We all could spred out comfortably, the apartment was very clean, the kitchen was stocked the necessities and the best part of our apartment was the WONDERFUL view of downtown Chicago. We did had a car rental, so having parking included was a plus. But are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance that you don't need a car. I would highly recommend this location to others and I am already planning for another trip in the future.

This property was as described and was exactly as pictured in posting of the property. The views from apartment were beautiful and much better then any hotel I’ve been in. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all the essentials needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Kasa made things simple. We were there for 4 nights and my bed remained very comfortable for the entire trip. There was some expected wear and tear inside of the closets but that’s to be expected with such foot traffic. The washer n drier in unit was super helpful. The only menial complaint is that there was no soap…the bottle labeled soap was actually conditioner. Made for a super slippery shower lol but other than that it was absolutely great. Would stay again

Great, spacious apartment with easy access public transit access to downtown, and walkable to Museum Campus. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really appreciated the extra touches they were willing to include for us - a pack and play, booster seat, and a few small toys and books for our toddler. These were very helpful, and very much appreciated!
