The apartment is just incredible, the view of the city is just amazing, near of downtown and we can find great restaurants, supermarket, drogstore, everything five minutes max.

I had an excellent stay here! This location is perfect and close to both Midway & O’Hare airport. The checkin instructions were beyond helpful and the place was so cozy and clean. AMAZING VIEW! Having somewhere covered to park in the winter was invaluable. I would definitely stay here again.

Kasa stay Exceptional room and location!! They give you your own private parking spot in their private garage which is amazing to have downtown. Room has a private patio with great views of downtown chicago and I can see lake Michigan. Love the kitchen and room has everything you need. Will come back!

You get a full apartment with a great view right where downtown begins. It was a fantastic stay made me feel right at home with plenty of closet space.

No complaints. Everything was exact to what was shown in pictures. Team always checked on us even though I did not contact them or respond (sorry lol). Very clean. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand soap, dish soap, etc. just enough for your stay. They do not stop by and clean or restock during your stay due to Covid which was perfectly fine.

Thank you for the stay! Only confusing part was dropping off the garage keycard to the front desk and then getting an email from Kasa that mentioned the keycard was missing. But I believe Kasa should be working with the building front desk to close that issue. It was a wonderful place overall.

Great apartment/location - change the showerhead Great apartment. Fantastic location. Minor downsides - 1)the shower wasn’t great, and all they need to do is change the showerhead… the current one has random jets that shoot extra hard and cause discomfort 2)There are no blackout curtains 3)lobby staff are unreasonably rigid. My connecting flight got me there a couple of hours early, and despite it being below freezing outside they refused to just allow me to sit in the empty lobby. It has lounge chairs, and I had a paid booking for a fortnight, I’m not sure what more reasonable use there would be for those chairs. I was a single female traveller with luggage, not a rowdy group. They made me stand outside in the cold. The apartment is very good. Extremely clean. Well appointed. Tasteful decor. Kitchen well equipped. Roomy. Lovely view of the city lights at night. The central heating was effective & fairly quiet. Bed very comfortable. Extra blanket in closet. Ironing board and iron. Washer and dryer both clean & worked well I very much enjoyed my stay and it was great to be in such a good spot. Walking distance to groceries/pharmacy etc and plenty of restaurants. Also an easy short walk to a couple of different train stations. I took advantage of the included parking for part of my stay. Great gym available. Business centre handy for printing or when you need a desktop pc. If they changed the showerhead I would probably choose that apartment for most future stays.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view. The location is fantastic and everything was super clean and inviting. A little pricey but that’s what you get for the city. Would stay again for sure!

Great place to stay amazing views

The profile on AirBnB was an accurate reflection of the apartment we had for the week. Spacious and fully furnished with items to make the stay comfortable. Off street garage parking was fantastic. Great apartment and led to a fun week with many restaurants, shopping and activities within walking distance.

Everything was amazing! Easy check-in, great views, super cute apartment...definitely would stay again!

We loved our stay here! We rented bikes from nearby (divvy) one of the days and bikes all around Chicago from our air bnb. Loved it!

Unfortunately, my travel plans were cancelled at the last minute due to COVID so I was not able to stay at this location. Once I communicated the cancellation to the host their response was rude and dismissive. In addition to that, they never responded to the Airbnb rep who was attempting to contact them on my behalf. Due to this experience I wouldn't book with Kasa again.

Kasa Chicago We had so much fun at our apartment for our Chicago trip! It was perfectly located and super simple to check in/out. The place was beautiful, well kept and VERY clean which was important to us because of Covid. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Fabulous city views from our many windows. Easy access by walking or by Uber to shops and museums. Our family had a marvelous vacation.

This property was in a great location and nice neighborhood! The room was laid out well and met all our needs—importantly, it was clean and comfortable. Groceries were available within a short walk, as were other stores and restaurants. Having a place to park our car in the attached parking structure was a big plus. The directions for entry and exit were clear and complete—we really appreciated this. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed condo! We stayed during the Christmas holiday and it was wonderful to wake up the the sun rising behind the Chicago skyline and the view at night was just as great. The rooftop deck was awesome! Any questions or needs were taken care of promptly. You are close to everything so the restaurants were plentiful for dine in or delivery. Check in and out instructions were clear. I highly recommend Kasa.

Excellent stay in a great location within Chicago! The apt was clean and spacious with large closets and cabinets for storage. The view of the city was fantastic from this apartment, facing East and North.

Perfect base station. Kids and in-laws. Noone died. Close to Aquarium, Museum and viewing platforms. Get your walking boots. Highlight? The 24rth floor lounge. Pool table, nice company and logged 6 hours of 9-ball training. Got my confidence back. Stuff to do during holidays? Yay! In summer? Heck yes!

Overall it wasn’t that bad of a stay however, there’s definitely room for improvement. First, the cleanliness. There were still pubic hairs in the bathroom from the previous guest and the towels are definitely due for a replacement. The air in the apartment is DRY! I caught countless nosebleeds while here so if you suffer from allergies, etc something to keep an eye out for. Lastly, the check in/out process isn’t the best user experience. During both the check in and check out there’s a lot of running back and forth between your car and the unit because you have to go get your key fobs, parking access card, etc before you can settle in. Not the worst stay in the world but I’d explore other options first before committing to stay here again.

This was a great option for staying in Chicago. It's within walking distance of museum campus, about a block from Target, and only a few blocks from the blue line at La Salle and the red line at Roosevelt. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a laundry unit. Everything was stocked, detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine were provided. There were extra towels and blankets in the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Our view was on the south east side of the building and we had beautiful sun rises every morning. Parking was included although we didn't utilize this at all. I wish there were kasa units in every city!

We had a great stay at Kasa. Perfect location, walking distance to the Shedd aquarium, Fields museum, shopping and dining. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.
