Nice building, nice apartment. Literally the only complaint was that the couch isn't that comfortable.

Super clean, easy access, loved the parking. Close to everything you want or need to do. Felt very safe and at home for the week traveling with my seven year old. Plenty of space and an amazing view!

Excellent stay. The view was spectacular, the place was clean and well-stocked, and checking in and out was a breeze. Great location. I would highly recommend to everyone.

What an absolute perfect stay! I would never stay anywhere else in Chicago! The location was perfect. The size was perfect. The value was perfect. The view was perfect. The amenities were perfect. We will only ever use Kasa for now on if they have rentals in cities we are visiting. They have made us customers for life.

Spacious apartment with balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff and other guests. Quiet. Park nearby and lot’s of good choices. Parking was included.

Great location. Clean apartment. It is perfect for long or short term stays. And most of all, the customer service was quick and friendly. 10/10 recommend and I plan on reusing Kasa in the future.

Conveniently located unit with a great view of the city. We loved how clean and spacious this was for our 2 person trip. Easy walk to a Target (same block) and slightly longer walk to lots and lots of Chicago landmarks and shopping. Would book again!

Beautiful view. Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Nice to have an included parking space in downtown Chicago. Highly recommend and will stay again when next we’re in Chicago.

The place was located in a great location beautiful views and free parking When I got there I noticed the place wasn’t cleaned properly also the furnitures need improvement I got q broken couch very uncomfortable also the beds Need improvement Great communication just they wasn’t able to make any changes so I stay with the broken couch

This was a great stay! I honestly wished I could have stayed longer because the apartment was lovely and clean and had a great location. The staff was very kind and helpful too. Definitely recommend staying with them.

Great company to rent from! Everything was great. This was my first time using this company, and I will definitely use them again. Great communication and very clear directions for self directed check in/out. Very clean, and well supplied with necessities. We stayed four days. Everything perfect. Thank you!!

Great location and views

We stayed here for our family spring break trip. Overall the stay was great. I'd give it a 4.5 star if I could but I docked a star because this establishment is marketed as a luxury apartment but there were a lot of small issues with the rooms. I know I'm being picky but I'll list them here. The floor boards weren't installed correctly so there were 2 "holes" in the floor where the flooring didn't fit together properly, one in the entry way and one in the living room. A few areas had cracks in the walls. The dishwasher vanity plate was falling off. Some mold in the bathroom. And the kitchen sink faucet felt like it was about to fall off as well. Onto what we enjoyed. There was on-site parking which was huge. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Great views with a balcony. Good water pressure. In general everything was clean. Laundry and full kitchen was helpful for our family. This place is perfect for anyone traveling with a family and needing the extra amenities. My only wish is that there was a covered pathway between the garage and building because boy it can get cold and windy when you open that door to head out to the garage.

Fantastic space with great views of the water and south loop. Location was excellent, close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Chicago. The space was big, comfortable, and spotless. Will definitely stay with Kasa again whenever we're in a city where they are located.

Very clean. Great views. Walking distance to museums. Kitchen had basics for lunches and breakfast not really able to do large complicated meals. One block from Target. Had nice little touches such as shampoo. laundry detergent, coffee. Great area for the dog to play in. On site parking. Check In was smooth. Communication was top notch. Very strict on noise level but I can understand why. Overall one of the best Air B&B experiences I have had.

We loved it here. The place is really pretty, with great views, easy CTA access, and shopping and eating close by. We had to move due to a leak in our building, and we were more than comfortable for our 2 month stay! We were also allowed to bring our pet kitty, which was our top priority when choosing a place. Would stay here again! One thing to note is that there is no guest parking! There is a spot available for one vehicle, however if you plan on having a guest, they will need to pay for parking and walk a block or two!

The apartment I stayed in was clean, spacious and very conveniently placed to explore Chicago. Facilities in the apt were fantastic, especially loved the washer / dryer / dishwasher in the apartment that made things much easier. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen facilities were fine for making meals - plenty of crockery, pans & cutlery. Lounge on the 24th floor also is great with a pool table and tv/stereo and kitchen. We went and hung out and had a game or 10 and the same in beers! The only issue I had was that my key code wouldn't work on arrival so had to head back to reception and grab the guy to come and reset it. However that was a minor thing and didn't detract from what a great place it is.

This experience was incredible! Location and view surpassed expectations - close walking distance to most major attractions in the city! Communication with Kasa was helpful and timely. Would absolutely stay again!

This unit at Kasa was very clean and nicely pulled together with vibrant colors and a very comfortable couch in the living room area. It seemed apparent that they had put thought into what visitors might need in the kitchen for a comfortable city stay. The unit is very spacious and the view is very nice at all times of day. Even the smaller bedroom has ample space, closet and great view. Only drawback would have to be that the master bedroom mattress could simply be replaced for about $500 bucks for temperpedic knock off or even a 3-4 inch mattress topper for half the cost. I woke with back pain each day which was unfortunate. I do not have regular back pain. I would stay here again in a heartbeat for its location as I need to visit Chicago frequently for both business and family if this could be addressed. Great place. Great, responsive staff overall. Attended, safe lobby!

Great location, well appointed, Parking Included The unit was very nicely appointed and in a great location. Free parking in Chicago is such a huge bonus. It saves so much money on parking garages and Ubers and is crazy convenient. The view was lovely and I enjoyed having breakfast each morning at the table next to the floor to ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed, including extra blankets and pillows, laundry pods, bathroom essentials, olive oil and vinegar, coffee and coffee supplies, beach towels, and so much more. I never thought of how nice it would be to have laundry in unit on vacation, but I know realize this is vital for travel. The building was easy to navigate and the front desk agent was friendly. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and the building. The parking is directly behind the building and just a few steps from the back entrance. The location was great for dining. I was able to walk to get sushi, dessert, and coffee (despite the single digit temperatures) within 5-10 minutes. Having a Target right down the street was also helpful. There are also bars and night spots within walking distance and attractions within a short drive. We had a great balcony with a wonderful view of the city and lake in the distance. If it were warmer we would have enjoyed spending time outdoors.

This was my second time staying here after deciding to give them another shot after a couple of mishaps involving the technology and the door not working several times. They more than restored my faith by ensuring that my latest stay was spectacular. They upgraded my room and it was beautiful. During my first stay that also went over and beyond my expectations to rectify the situation with the door. This place is a GEM and free parking gives it the cherry on top because Chicago parking is high. Would highly recommend flying in the night before to extend your stay to 4 days instead of 3 to take advantage of this wonderful place and ideal location.
