Great location, great amenities. Loved the views of downtown Chicago from our rental unit. Target is conveniently located within walking distance. Parking Is included. I definitely recommend!

The Kasa Chicago South Loop apartment was spacious for my wife and I and the location was great for our needs. The building is staffed 24/7 and the Kasa team was quick to respond prior to our arrival and to ensure our needs were met. The building maintains quiet hours and we did not have any issue with noise during our 5-day/4-night stay. The residents we encountered all were friendly as many were headed out to walk their dogs. The unit was clean and spacious with the primary bedroom featuring a king size bed and a closet with shelving and plenty of hangers. The kitchen was stocked with pods for the coffee maker, a wide variety of tea bags, and the condiments for both coffee and tea. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. The Wi-Fi signal was strong as we streamed YouTube TV when desired. We drove to Chicago and the unit does come with a parking space which was awesome. The garage is conveniently located in the 4-story garage next to the building and has a covered walkway. The unit is located close to Grant Park and many of the attractions. As a couple who like to walk, the Magnificent Mile is nearby but will be about a 2 mile walk each way depending on exactly where you go. There are nice places to eat within a short walk of the building and there are places to shop if you wanted to bring food in to cook. We would stay again if/when the need arises.

Cool place and super convenient!

My wife and I stayed at Kasa for 4 days. The place looks just like the pictures, the view from the bedroom and living room were amazing. There is a Target conveniently located within walking distance. The staff responded very quickly to questions. Parking included which was great! We loved our stay at Kasa. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience renting a 2-bedroom apartment in Chicago with Kasa. Everything was wonderful-clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, and well-organized. We will return!

We had a two bedroom with windows on two sides of the unit which made it super bright and open with lovely views of the city scape and peeks of water. The unit was great, open and spacious, well decorated with just the right amount of amenities. The kasa concierge, Jermaine, was just delightful… welcomed us with the biggest smile and kindness, answered all our questions and generally made the experience wonderful. Location was amazing. We loved it!

Professional staff, checking in on my stay, convenient to locations visited made my experience with KASA fantastic! Would recommend highly to business travelers that are able to take family along. They can vacay while you are working. In the evenings, attractions are close enough for you to enjoy too.

I stayed here for a 5-day trip, and it was a fantastic experience! The team was very hospitable, and they had the best check-in directions I've ever seen. I had no issues with my stay, but the team regularly checked in to make sure things were going well and that my expectations were met. I'd recommend!

The room certainly exceeded my expectations! The location was great, and the small balcony was a nice way to start each day. Having onsite parking was a huge plus. I ran into no issues throughout my stay, and the Kasa team was very hospitable. I would certainly stay here again!

My sister and I stayed here from 10/12 through 10/30 and we were very happy in the apartment. Notably, the service level from Kasa, in our experience, has been wonderful. They have a "Concierge" at the front desk to facilitate check-in and that alone is wonderful. Parking was included and that was great. You get a dedicated parking space which made it easy. The location was safe, near restaurants, a Target and a Whole Foods for groceries (and other stores actually). Anytime I called customer service, someone picked up, listened carefully and got back promptly. No issues of going into a "black hole". Their "instructions" for guests are very thoughtful including where to send packages (front desk won't take packages for Kasa guests), etc. It's an interesting neighborhood only about a mile south of downtown with easy bus access and access to the L. Kasa was very generous with dishwasher pods, tp, dishes/tools, paper towels, coffee pods, etc. More than anywhere we have ever been. We really loved it there!

Would love to come back to Chicago and stay at this Airbnb again. Great location (we came for a few shows at Auditorium Theater) and even better views (both from the balcony, rooms, and roof). Thoughtful amenities as well including a bedside sound machine, stocked kitchen, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers in the closet. The primary bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and it was a super clean apartment as well (and I'm a stickler for this!). Highly recommend this spot!

You can expect a high end space, clean and safe with an absolute breathtaking view of Chicago.

A new model for business travel... Jermaine, the concierge, was fantastic. Congenial, funny, responsive, and understanding. My eight night stay was easy, restful, and productive. I had two small requests during the course of the stay. Made them through the Kasa help line and got them taken care of. These apartments are great-- once you get beyond the idea of a typical hotel, this place is really convenient. I'm recommending it to friends and associates.

Great Stay! We had a beautiful studio apartment very comfortable and so convenient. The location was great, close to everything. Very safe. Good restaurants around. We had a great view of Chicago in the fall! Smooth check-in and check out. Great value! Thank you :)

Great Location in Chicago We were helping my eldest son move to his new place in Chicago and turned it into a family event. The apartment was great for me, my husband and my 2 adult sons. Great location near Metra and El. Kitchen had all of the essentials for breakfast in. The only concern is that the sofa was not super comfy so if someone was going to use it as a bed, it might not be optimal.

The place was great and the location was prime. Kasa's communication was tentative and respectful. We did receive a noise complaint at noon on a Sunday while listening to music which was unexpected, but Kasa's team member was understanding, communicative and we resolved the issue swiftly. Overall, a great experience. We would stay there again!

This rental was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed from towels, toilet paper, and blankets for the couch bed. The view is incredible. The city life did not disappoint. Glad we had all the amenities to be able to reheat in the oven and eat our deep dish 🍕 leftovers. The beds were very comfortable and waking up to the sunrise as awesome. This rental provided everything we needed for a great weekend getaways to Chicago. I would recommend this rental to anyone I know and would love to stay in future.

We were very pleased

Everything was top notch! Service was impeccable. Check-in was a breeze. Apartment was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups and even coffee pods for the Keurig and tea for the teapot. Plenty of towels and the shower was supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Location was perfect for all that we were wanting to do. Architectural boat tour took off a few blocks away. We could see the landing from our window. Target, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and plenty of great restaurants were just walking distance away. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone heading to Chicago.

What a cute, clean and convenient space. The location is close to restaurants, bars, shopping and transit. It wasn't really balcony weather during our stay but we got some great views of the sunrise over Lake Michigan. We appreciated the little touches such as well-stocked coffee/tea and the white noise machine by the bed (although the building was far from noisy). The bed was very comfortable. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

great location and such a sweet little apartment. super walkable to nearby shops and restaurants as well as close to the blue line to ohare. well stocked coffee bar and tea station in the apartment’s kitchen was definitely a plus. the balcony from 1618 is amazing, with views of the city and glimpses of the lake. i recommend bringing one of those travel locks with you since there is only one locking mechanism and it is operated by the exterior door code. although the area did not seem dangerous, i did wish i had that extra level of security. also, the unit had washing machine pods but no dryer sheets… target is a 5 min walk away though for any items you might need during your stay! i recommend this apartment and would return here for my next chicago trip.

Great place with amazing views of the city

Perfect location in the South Loop with a great view. Walkable to many parks, restaurants and shops as well as the museum campus. The apartment was well-stocked and clean, and the mattresses are fantastic! Great communication from Kasa throughout our stay.
