Great apartment in a safe area of town. Close walking distance to most things that we wanted to do. Otherwise, a Lyft or Uber is always available. Apartment was clean and well stocked with items. Coffeemaker and kettle were used greatly. The VIEW was amazing in the apartment and roof. Definitely worth it for first timers to the city. The amenities to the apartment was also too. Pool table in rec room was awesome after a long day of walking the city! : ) I think one that could be improved was the tv. It was pretty slow and the controller was falling apart. It had all the subscriptions available for you to sign on though!

The listing is a 5/5. The view is spectacular. The place is more spacious than expected. The beds are 5/5. So comfortable that we are thinking about purchasing the mattresses from the same company. The couch was hard and uncomfortable for more than one person but the beds made up for it. You can hear the trains from time to time but I had no trouble sleeping. The location was also prime and safe. I would recommend and stay again.

I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Chicago! The apartment was clean (and well-stocked with utensils/cookware), the view was gorgeous, and the staff was very helpful/friendly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rental unit was very cute, loved the full-sized stocked kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. The staff was amazing, especially Jermaine! The location was great and the views were wonderful but it could definitely use some deep cleaning! The floors seemed as if they hadn't been mopped in a very long time. There was dust hanging from the cold air return vents and dust was pooling in the corners of the unit. Something sticky was out on our deck that we cleaned up ourselves. Could also use better directions such as locking the balcony door Etc. Overall would recommend but could have been so much better with simple maintenance!

I have stayed at this property twice - once in a two bedroom and once in a studio. Both provide excellent amenities and staff support. The units are well appointed, well maintained and highly functional. The building feels safe and is clean and quiet. Easy access to red and blue line, several good restaurants and a Target very close. Nice gym.

I found the king size bed to be extremely comfortable. The seating in the family room is OK but we didn't spend too much time there. Definitely limited comfortable seating. We didn't cook at all but if you plan to you should check to see what kitchen tools they have. I didn't see too many. Parking is easy and a huge plus being in the city. Easy to get lots of steps in walking to Michigan Ave.

I would recommend this place and definitely stay again. The space was perfect and we felt like locals. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance showed up the same day. We weren't guaranteed same-day maintenance but I definitely appreciated it. The only issue I have is that the washing machine was LOUD. The walls are quite thin so I feel bad for all the surrounding neighbors.

Very easy to check in and out. The place was great, clean and very well equipped and maintained. Location is very good if you are visiting Chicago’s downtown. Target is very close by but there are not a lot of restaurants or bars in the surroundings, which makes the neighborhood very quite, except for the ocasional distan train noise. In the pictures it looked like a hotel room with a kitchenette, but it is a small apartment fit even for long stays.

The apartment complex was very nice, however, after a night of spending in room 1303, the room was not clean, and when I came out of the shower.. bed bugs/ticks were walking on my bed. I nearly had a heart attack. Cleaning crew never showed up either. They switched me rooms and it was smaller, with no balcony. The stay overall was worrisome because I felt like I had to wash all my clothes in order to not catch any pests. The only good thing about this place was the parking.
