The most important thing to note about this listing is that your unit will not look like the pictures. Furniture is arranged similarly, but the actual pieces (lamps, bedspread, desks, art) are not what you see in the pictures and there is definitely not a balcony of any kind. Not a big deal, but for someone like me who looks at the pictures to make sure I'm arriving in the correct place it was definitely off-putting.
We had an okay experience in this place but it is much more similar to a college dorm than to a hotel or even a regular apartment complex. The exterior doors are about an inch or two off the ground so you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing at all times, which was fine until the last few days when we got some very loud and partying type neighbors. The Kasa people attempted to address it but that didn't affect the noise level much.
For the money we paid to stay here we definitely expected better. The shower was pretty dirty when we got there, we had to hose someone else's long, frizzy hairs down the drain before we could even stand in it. And the water pressure is a joke too, it feels like someone is lightly drizzling your head with water more than it feels like an actual shower. The floors were also pretty dirty, lots of little bits that got stuck to our feet.
The bed was comfortable and the apartment is pretty well-equipped (although if you run out of anything they won't let you have more, so just keep that in mind when running down on toilet paper, coffee pods, etc) but I definitely think we will look for another place to stay next time we're in the area.
Speaking of the area—that was definitely our favorite part of this place. You are walking distance to great coffee, little markets, and restaurants and bars.
