The apartment was clean and in a great location in the South Loop. The Kasa team was very communicative and made checking in and out easy. The best amenity of this property is the covered, secured parking garage.

The building and apartment are very safe and in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints. We’ll be back!

Nice apartment for small groups! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The other furniture was not very high quality / not super comfortable. Table was chipping, coach was super firm and uncomfortable. However, it was clean when we arrived, the location is great, and the check in process was very easy. Would recommend to others.

So I don't know where to begin...as someone who researches the heck out of locations, I will say this was well worth it for anyone considering using Kasa and for staying at this location. First of all, Kasa was extremely helpful and quickly responded to all my questions and requests. We flew in very early and they made suggestions on where to store our luggage which proved to very convenient and easy. The condo has EVERYTHING you need....laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. so don't go and spend the extra money before checking in. The furniture was adequate and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo and furniture has a minimalist vibe but that actually made staying there even better. The patio had a great view with a table and chair for me to enjoy my wine at night while my 3 boys settled in for the night. In fact, the entire condo had floor to ceiling glass windows with the most outstanding views of the entire city....this was the BEST part of the condo and one that makes you look forward to going back to the condo every evening. The location is in a safe place and walking distance to many great restaurants. There are Divvy bikes to rent right outside of the condo and I would highly recommend using these to get around and to go ahead and download the app. The bikes proved very easy to get to Navy Pier and even to the John Hancock Tower. The L/CTA is two blocks down the road and very convenient to most places you may want to visit. The condo itself is very quiet and everyone who either lives or rents there were very nice. Kasa really made our stay in Chicago one of our better experiences.

Amazing location!!!

The apartment had beautiful views of the city, and was so very well decorated as well as super clean! The only thing we had a problem with was cooking at the apartment, little things like seasonings & tin foil were not there. (We've stayed at many Airbnbs that had "left overs" from previous guest to use.) The apartment was in a hot spot of town, so we were close to everything we'd hoped to see & do. The staff in the lobby was always friendly & knowledgeable!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at KASA at 900 S Clark in Chicago. Pros: Beautiful high floor apartment with big windows and beautiful views Very well appointed stocked with coffee pods, laundry stuff, etc Very communicative and responsive staff Toilet leaking and broken coffee maker fixed in 1 day—things like this happen and the speed of repair was impressive Parking very convenient Central location in South Loop Comfortable beds Roku nice touch Cons: The main issue was during check in—a paper parking pass was missing from the room. We thus could not park in the garage. It was very unclear from otherwise very clear directions that we could not park without a piece of paper stating our check out date. I therefore had to park at nearby garage—really inconvenient given that we were driving for so long. It was reimbursed rapidly though. Had to call again the next day to finally have it delivered.

Thee most beautiful accommodations. The most effective kitchen. You could literally cook anything and have the right equipment. They even had a cheese grater available. Very effective bathroom. A washer and dryer! Also, extremely safe. CLEAN! And GORGEOUS VIEWS! Internet was perfect for zooms! And assigned parking that made my life easier. This place was the highlight of my trip and the envy of my friends. They communicated with me so fast, it felt like real time communicating. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Kasa. The host send the check in instructions one day before our trip, and they were perfectly clear. The apt is just as in the photos or even better. We loved the shower(water pressure), the view from our terrace (sears tower), the coffee, the sofa bed was the most comfortable we ever use, the full mirrors (2) and location (we had bars,restaurants, target, h&m and grocery stores..our favorite was roots pizzeria). Beds were comfy enough to have a good sleep. Blinds were kind of clear, but good. Overall, we had a great experience.

We had a lovely time staying here on our family vacation. The location was great - super close to walking to Target and various restaurants. Having a parking spot onsite was great. Everyone was really friendly and the Kasa staff was mostly onsite to answer any questions. We got a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that fit 6 of us perfectly. We even texted to get some more toilet paper during our stay and that was handy. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with coffee amenities.

Wonderful, clean, well equipped apartment! On the south end of the loop. 15 minute walk to Grants Park. Ten minute car ride to the Riverwalk, downtown, shops and great restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

Building is in a great location with amazing amenities. The entire process was very easy and the staff at Kasa are very responsive to any questions, concerns, or needs.

Very good option for staying in Chicago. In the trendy South Loop. Near a lot of transportation and eating and shopping options. Unit and building quite comfortable. Great communication and support from the management staff. The apartment itself is new and well maintained, and all the necessaries are included.

We loved our stay here. The location was terrific, with shopping, restaurants and public transit within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and Kasa's communications before and after check-in were very helpful. The view is amazing and the balcony was great for coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. We also appreciated the free parking available, since we rented a car for part of our stay. Our only suggestion would be too install better blinds; the current ones let in too much light for those early Summer sunrises.

Very nice apartment with convenient location for shopping, restaurants and transport. Washer and dryer a plus, and laundry pods supplied. We were there a week and got the 7 day transit pass for $20; a real bargain. We even took it to the airport. Check in was easy and security good. Only minus was the tv—just Netflix and canned stuff like that, no live sports or news. (We’re sports and news junkies). Coffee pods also supplied. Highly recommended.

Great place, nice location. We enjoyed our stay and everyone was helpful. The booking picture was slightly different than the place but for the better. There was a partial wall separating the bed to the living area which we would have preferred anyway so that was nice. it was clean, quiet and great views too! Our only issue was a pricey extra cleaning charge because of covid. I get it, the place was very clean, we left it very clean and we were asked to take out our own trash (!) Not a big deal, we didn't have much but we left prior to the allowed trash chute times (7A-10P). Nothing against this particular airbnb at all, not sure what is being done above and beyond (new pillows for every rental?) that would invoke this charge. Overall, GREAT place to rent!

Accommodations were very nice. And we loved the view! The bed seemed a little unstable. We checked underneath and there were screws that were not attached to the frame. It looks like there were places for five screws but only two were in place? Whenever we got in and out of the bed it wobbled a little. Other than that it was great!

Nice place the lack of detail cleaning durning these times was a bit alarming, they other to clean after the fact. Amazing views I’m from Chicago and the views are simply amazing beautiful.

Thank you team Kasa for an AMAZING stay. We stayed for the weekend and the place was better than I had expected. Next to shops, restaurants, and activities. Check in and check out was a breeze and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come and enjoy the city.

We have stayed with Kasa in this building before Always a great experience. Very good communication and clean. Nice quiet apartment and we love that there is a doorman in the lobby 24/7. The free parking space is very convenient.

The place is great has nice view. We couldn’t get more fobs to the building since we were 6 people. We got a noise complaint at 2pm because a Kasa representative stated they have a noise device that measures how loud you are in the apartment. The host when we arrived was really nice. The cleaning fees are more than one day of stay. The front staff of the building lent us a cart to carry our stuff, that was really nice of them since they weren’t part of KASA. Our overall experience was good. KASA also responded quickly through messenger. I would recommend this place to stay overall.

El departamento es muy cómodo súper luminoso y tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. La ubicación también es perfecta porque se puede caminar hasta el down town sin problema, hay supermercado y varios negocios cerca. Las fotos muestran fielmente cómo es el departamento. La cochera para el auto es fundamental para la zona. Hay bicicletas de alquiler enfrente del departamento por si uno quiere.

Great location, near stores, close to CTA train station, convenient bus routes, restaurants, museums and other locations in Chicago. Well-appointed, clean building and suites with everything neede for a short or longer stay. The Kasa host staffing the desk was particular gracious and deserves a shout-out. It is possible to communicate more than necessary which was definitely the situation and which depending on your point of view can either be an asset or liability.

Great location. Easy walk to subway. Plenty of places to eat/drink within walking distance. Felt pretty safe walking alone around 9pm. Price including parking in a secure lot on-site couldn’t be beat. Bummer fitness center was not available to guests other than residents because of Covid but I understand. Full kitchen was awesome to save money on breakfasts and a couple lunches. And a washer and dryer too? Perfect. Clear instructions exactly as described during check in and check out. Highly recommend and if I visit Chicago again, I hope to stay here. My Chicago friends will recommend to others visiting downtown.
