10/10 Exceptional
Wonderful Option!
Kasa was such a pleasant surprise. I had so many concerns when booking an apartment versus booking a hotel room for my 1 week trip to Chicago. But I’m so happy I chose Kasa! They have thought of everything! It was easy, seamless, and self explanatory. The customer service was prompt and responsive. The apartment was in great condition, very spacious, wonderful views, and provided the real home away from home experience. The parking was safe in a secure parking garage, and the fact that it comes free with the unit is a game changer! Especially with how expensive parking is in Chicago! I will absolutely be staying with Kasa in the future! Highly recommend!
