Ok, this is going to be a very long review. There are too many things to complain about that it will take days for me to write this review.
First and foremost, worst place to stay in the entire world, not Chicago, not US, in the entire world. I'm going to refer to this location as "Place" as using the word "hotel" is simply misleading and does injustice to the word itself. This place doesn't have ANY person on site. They have a ridiculous system that they send you an email 24 hours before your arrival to check in online and after that they give you a code to enter the property. Guess what! we never received that email. So we went there and we didn't know we needed a code to enter so we pressed the call button on the keypad and they told us you should check the email that we sent you 24 hours ago (which they didn't). Since there is no person on site, we had literally no way to enter the property and we stood in the very cold windy weather of Chicago outside the property until they could finally check us in online and gave us the code to enter the property. Because of the cold windy weather I caught a cold and I had to take anti biotics for two weeks after coming back home. Secondly, they've set up a completely misleading page online so you're not aware of their ridiculous policies. For example, there is no room service in this location. If you need more towel, you need to wash it yourself using the W&D that is in the unit. They "encourage" you to take the trash out after you leave. Remember, they still charge you at a rate similar to hotels, unbelievable. About the unit itself, the bed was so noisy that it woke me up 10 times during the night. Bedroom didn't have any blackout curtains so good luck sleeping after 5 AM in this so-called hotel! Add to these, the burned area on the sink in the toilet and the hair on the wall (see photos). It was the worst experience that a traveler can have. Rude customer service!! When I was waiting for 45 minutes in the cold wind to be checked in finally, I let them know that I'll leave a one start review for their so-called hotel and instead of addressing the problem that had happened due to their own mistake of not sending the check-in email, they responded to me with an exclamation mark (See photo!). I mean if you read this review, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU A FULL YEAR OF FREE SERVICE AND ROOMS.
