Jewelry stolen from my room, clogged bathtub, non-functioning elevators.
I recently stayed at Kasa for a month for work. During that time, I experienced the problems listed above. Kasa did little to compensate my stay and it was a very frustrating time dealing with their out of country customer service team.
Kasa additionally (initially) charged me over $500 in security deposits when I had booked my stay through different third party sites. I spent over 5 hours on the phone my first three days getting new door codes and having deposits sent back.
Several nights, including nights I had multiple bags to carry, the elevators did not work and I had to make multiple trips up the stairs to my room on the 12th floor.
Overall, very disappointing and I would discourage anyone looking for ease-of-stay, consistency, and security to book elsewhere.
