A five-star hotel I loved the hotel, room, and service overall. The room was excellent and met my expectations. The only problem my husband and I had was with dirty bedding. I tried to replace them, but was told by someone at the virtual front desk that it was after hours. There was no one to bring a clean set of bedding. So, we slept uncomfortably all night, knowing that we were sleeping on something mysterious that someone else had left behind. The next morning, the hotel tried to rectify the situation by reimbursing my early check-in fee. I will stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Kasa Sunset! Location is great, there’s parking at the location that you can pay for but we always found parking in the street nearby and never got the parking ticket. We ended up extending our original stay and we would definitely come back here! 10/10

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was huge and very convenient—everything we had planned was less than 10 minutes away, which made our trip super easy. The room had a great view with big windows that made it feel really open, and the AC kept everything nice and comfortable. Overall, a really great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, the location is easy to find and the option to reserve parking was great. I really appreciated the clear instructions to the room. The beautiful view of the Hollywood sign from the bedroom was my favorite part. The only thing I would suggest is the tint on the windows along the kitchen/living area needs to be replaced. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I hope to be back in west Hollywood soon!

The apartment was really lovely and the view was incredible … just like the photos. The apartment was mostly very clean and checking in/out was really easy. It is quite noisy with the roads outside and other apartments not sound-proofed, but this wasn’t an issue for us and was expected given the location. One side of the building is currently covered in black advertisements (not on the photos) which impacted our view and natural lighting on that side - the view from above the bed was unobstructed and beautiful. On the whole though, we really loved the apartment and will likely visit again.

Good location but a few serious issues to consider Likes: The location was good, parking on the street was doable. Getting in was really easy. The view was cool, the security guard was very friendly. Dislikes: Booked this after seeing a Tiktok review (so perhaps I’m the problem) but the photos (at least for our room) were incredibly deceptive. Half the room had tinted windows (that were peeling off). Which considering the view was disappointing. The building itself vibrates and makes the loudest strangest noises. I initially thought the green noise machine beside the bed was a cute touch until I realised it was actually a pretty serious problem. It felt like there was a helicopter hovering above us the entire night or like we were sleeping on a plane. We booked this to stay in during a stopover and all I could think about was the fact it felt like I’d had to sleep on a plane x2. It’s affordable for LA but would seriously weigh up whether it’s worth it.

It was my first time staying at Kasa Sunset and although it was only one night’s stay, I truly look forward to staying here again in the near future. The whole process of checking in and out was virtual but the communication was immediate via text and phone call if needed. I was a little confused about my parking situation but I was guided immediately by customer service. The room was immaculate! Very clean, simple and had all the amenities I could ask for. It is an apartment style with a kitchen, full fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the view from the 7th floor was amazing! A welcome snack and water was also provided. The bodywash and lotion was delightful and great quality. Thanks Kasa team for everything!!

Supposed were these 2 former strangers who claim they were customers that want to cry about it because I didn’t simply because “acknowledge them” and they went to corporate to complain. They don’t have the code to open the door, hence they were not customers. They also didn’t also speak up loud enough. I’m not supposed to open the door for them because they don’t have the code. What a bunch of losers. Do not serve them anymore.

Amazing stay at kasa. I highly recommend staying at kasa. The view of LA was unbeatable, the room was very clean, staff was very friendly. All rules were clear and easy to follow. The only thing is the A/C has a little trouble keeping up, so you may want to put the blinds down before you leave the house otherwise it will be very hot when you get back. It cools way down at night though. Me and my girlfriend have already discussed coming back sometime! Highly recommend.
