Amazing space & location! I recently lost my apt & was unable to find something by my move out date. This place exceeded all of my expectations & my daughter and I did not want to leave! Super clean, spacious, amenities were wonderful etc. I would recommend staying here 10/10! Would definitely book again if I need to

Loved it, will book again Likes: Nice location, spacious and well equipped. Check-in and check out was smooth and easy. Room was well cleaned. Dislikes: Considering it is a virtual front desk, there are some limitations such as access to staff and delay in getting a response. My main challenges was luggage storage after check out. All the lockers were occupied early in the morning, even before storage hours.

Top! Likes: Top uitzicht. Hele propere kamer. Groter dan verwacht. Buurt was zeker ok! Makkelijk bereikbaar. Badkamerproducten top! Dislikes: Niets.

Clean room with negative surprises Likes: Very clean and comfortable bed Dislikes: Very loud (although you are on the 10th floor) Room smelled like someone smoked in it. Communication with the management about this topic was horrible and not solution oriented. Took very long to find a solution. View out of the windows is destroyed by a black window darkening looking very old and horrible. Something you wouldn’t expect looking at the pictures on booking.

The view alone made this place worth it and then some. It very clean which is what really matters. They were very accommodating to help with early check in.

The location is nice, but pretty loud since it´s located on Sunset Blvd. Parking is expensive in LA, but I think $55 a night is pretty steep for guests. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but we were really disappointed that the windows in one of our two rooms were completely COVERED FROM THE OUTSIDE WITH ADVERTISEMENT. One of the main reasons we booked here is because the view from the rooms are supposedly so nice, so that was a big bummer. We booked 2 x Studio Queen assuming they would be next or at least near) to each other, but we were on the first floor and our daughters on the 10th. Overall a decent place to stay, but not sure we´d stay there again.

Unterkunft mit umwerfenden Aussicht Likes: Phantastische Aussicht! Wir konnten den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus genießen und das mit Blick auf das Hollywood Sign. Das Personal ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich wenn man etwas braucht. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

we loved our stay at this Kasa listing. The views were beautiful and the host was very responsive. We asked for a fan for the room around 10pm and it was brought to us by the next morning. We would stay here again!

Booked at Deluxe King Studio for 4 nights. The room was very spacious with wraparound windows that provided unobstructed view to Hollywood sign to the north, and Netflix and other studio buildings to the west. Has full kitchen and refrigerator, comfortable king size bed, and a very large TV in the living room. There are two elevators that were always available with minimal wait time. Free laundry facility with two washers and dryers in the garage. A couple of minor nits - odor and condition in one of the elevator, and odor from shower curtain in the bathroom - minor but mentioning for the record. Overall it was nice, quiet, and clean and it provided safe and comfortable space.

Good place, if a bit noisy Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The location is not bad, though it is a bit of a walk to the Chinese Theater and surrounding things to see. It is probably a bit too far if with smaller children. The parking was difficult to see, but based on other reviews and street view on a maps site, that was easily overcome. It is very convenient, but it is pricey. The room itself was nicely appointed and spacious. The bedroom was on the far end from the living area which gave a bit of privacy if the fold-out couch was being used as an additional bed. There were no doors, though. The room we had is actually laid out in such a way that it faces three sides of the building. This would have been a real treat except that we were on the third floor. There's is a building with various business surrounding the Kasa building on three sides. We couldn't see past this building to the surrounding area. Higher floors could have, though (4th maybe, or 5th, and higher). That was a slight negative. The only other real negative was that the road noise was quite loud. There was a highway nearby, but even the noise from the street out front was louder than we expected. Overall, the stay was quite nice, if a bit too loud for our liking.

Kasa is perfect for introverts and responsible people. I love everything about kasa. The virtual check in/out, the service, the privacy, the low key vibes, the quiet, cleanliness and the fact that its a studio with a view which makes it such a cozy experience. Love it all. I hope not a lot of people start coming and ruining it. It’s badass lowkey.
