(Translated by Google) We had booked this accommodation for two nights and were incredibly excited about the apartment and the beautiful view. However, upon arrival, we were quickly disappointed to find that almost all of the windows were covered in advertising, leaving us with neither a view nor natural light. We contacted the hotel's customer service and asked for a room with natural light. After two or three messages in which we received some flimsy arguments, I informed the customer service that we would contact Booking.com to file a complaint. Only then were we offered a room change. Unfortunately, most of the windows in our new room were also covered with tape, severely obstructing the view. I would also like to mention the unbearably loud ventilation system in the building, as well as the noise from the elevator (if you had a room near the elevator). Sleep is impossible without hearing protection. We unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation. What a shame!

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für zwei Nächte gebucht und uns wahnsinnig auf das Apartment und die wunderschöne Aussicht gefreut. Vor Ort angekommen folgte jedoch schnell Ernüchterung, da nahezu alle Fensterscheiben mit Werbung beklebt waren und wir dadurch weder eine Aussicht, noch Tageslicht hatten. Wir kontaktierten daraufhin den Service des Hotels und baten darum, ein Zimmer mit Tageslicht zu bekommen. Nach 2-3 Nachrichten, in denen uns irgendwelche fadenscheinigen Argumente mitgeteilt wurden, teilte ich dem Service mit, dass wir uns an Booking wenden werden um eine Beschwerde einzureichen. Erst daraufhin wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Leider war auch im neuen Zimmer ein Großteil der Fenster zugeklebt, wodurch die Sicht stark beeinträchtigt war. Ich möchte außerdem noch die unerträglich laute Lüftungsanlage des Hauses, sowie die Lautstärke des Fahrstuhls (bei einem Zimmer in Fahrstuhlnähe) erwähnen. Ohne Gehörschutz ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade!
