10/10 Exceptional
We stayed a couple nights at the Kasa Sunset for our trip to Universal Studios and it was great! I've never had a virtual check in before, but they made the process seamless. Check in was prior to our stay as well as the reservation for parking. They allowed us to do early check in also. There was a virtual concierge that was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. The room was just as photographed! Super cute, clean, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. When I requested for extra supplies, they had a storage in the lounge with what we requested. It was a great studio with a kitchen and living room. I would highly recommend for families with kids or if you just want the extra space. We didn't really explore around the hotel since we went to Universal. But the drive to Universal was less than 10 min. We would definitely stay here again:).
