Likes: The hotel is very secure and safe, we appreciated the extra safety at this accommodation. The room itself was very spacious, the living room/kitchen area was large. We loved the bed & pillows, they were so comfortable and slept well during our stay. The TV had Netflix which was a nice bonus. Dislikes: There wasn’t any TP in the mens gym bathroom. Would’ve been nice if there was a window that opened for some fresh air & wish that some windows weren’t tinted and just had blinds like the rest of the windows in the room. The lobby area downstairs on the main floor could use more seating.

Kasa really added to my vacation in Hollywood! I was within walking distance to the walk of fame and only mere driving time to universal studios! Checking in was a breeze as they provide not only detailed instruction but also pictures, making it a smooth and easy process! The room was a lot better than expected! I highly recommend Kasa! (:

Everything I needed! Stayed at the Kasa Sunset while visiting my son who was at Emerson LA for the semester. The location was perfect--I could walk to his dorm. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great kitchen setup. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly and was able to attend virtual meetings from the room--good wifi and it didn't look like I was in a hotel room. The staff was very responsive and accommodating when I extended my stay and even made sure I didn't have to change rooms. The neighborhood is kind of desolate, but it was the location I needed and the setup was perfect.

Relatively close to Hollywood blvd! The room was very spacious and had everything you could have needed. Would stay again!

Smooth communication and very easy check-in through door codes and a good description provided by Kasa. The accommodation itself was very nice, surprisingly spacious and the view directly of the Hollywood Sign was simply breathtaking. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the place! Two suggestions for improvement that could enhance the experience for future guests: When we checked in after 4 PM, we were briefly startled to find a man in our apartment. Apparently, he had just finished checking the apartment and completing his checklist, but it would have been nicer if this had been done before 4 PM, sparing us the brief shock. Additionally, the oven, stove, and dishwasher in the kitchen didn’t work. I noticed that the circuit breakers were turned off and the dishwasher’s plug under the sink wasn’t connected.

This place is clean and has a great vibe. The checkin/out experience is very smooth. We thought it might all be too good to be true - pleasantly surprised that it is 100% real

Clean and fancy Clean and fancy. Loved the views, loved the elevator. Smelled good. Wish I could stay everyday in my Kasa. The location was convenient for tourist needs. Instructions were made clear for hotel check in and check out. Also made clear for getting in.

There was no stay as we couldn’t enter the accomodation Likes: We were to check in into Kasa Sunset Los Angeles on the 7th of October 2024. After travelling from Amsterdam we arrived at the hotel/studio at 16:25 local time. We did not receive any specific instructions beforehand on how to enter the studio and parking garage. There was a parking garage entry equiped with QR code and a keypad. Scanning the QR code provided a link that was no longer valid. We tried on both our phones, it would’t work. From booking.com we only received a pincode with our booking. We dialed in this code several times. With hashtag, without hashtag, nothing would work. We then rang the number provided by the accomodation/Kasa several times, to no avail, for over 12 minutes. We also sent several messages via the booking.com app. Nothing would work. After trying for over 1,5 hours we gave up and booked a different stay. We’re now 3 days on and still no reaction on our messages or phonecalls. Try to avoid this place at all costs because it is a complete scam. Dislikes: See above. In Particular that we were unable to enter the accommodation. The fact that there were no instructions, there was no reaction to phonecalls and no reaction to our messages. Our money and over 1,5 hours of our time to waste.

I stayed at Kasa Sunset while visiting my son at Emerson College LA. The location was perfect (if not scenic) and I could walk to the campus, shopping, and some restaurants. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. I ended up needing to extend my stay due to an emergency and the staff were immediately responsive and even prioritized making sure I wouldn't have to change rooms. Highly recommend.

Such a good value for the quality of the room and amenities offered! It's so nice being able to stay somewhere so independently - coming and going was such a breeze, felt like I lived here for a week. So quiet and secure feeling. What few minor inconveniences I had were quickly solved by support over text. Would happily stay here again!

Es war eine super Unterkunft mit sensationellem Ausblick Likes: Uns hat das Loftzimmer mit den 65m2 und den hervorragenden Ausblick auf L.A. super gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man den Raum betritt. Der Wohnbereich mit TV war einzigartig. Dislikes: Das der Technikraum mit der Klimaanlage direkt vor dem Bett ist und viel zu laut war. Die Fenster nicht mehr ganz dicht sind und es etwas hereinzieht. Der Straßenlärm ist doch sehr massiv. (Ohropax liegen auf dem Nachttisch.)

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign. Close to the walk of fame. Very clean. Nice workout room. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Hollywood.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kasa Sunset. Everything was in great condition, really clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely amazing views. Really appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities. 10/10 would recommend! Hope to be back soon.

I couldn't believe the views when we opened the front door, 2 walls of windows looking out over LA, could see the Hollywood sign from the couch, large open space, unreal! Felt super safe and private being up on the top floor with 3 gate codes and very little street noise (it's LA, you're always gonna get noise of some kind). The air con had a little trouble keeping up with the heat while we were there, but Kasa texted us about the issue and had technicians looking at it, we just made sure to close the blinds when we went out during the day to block the sun from heating up the room too much (that's the trade off with having so many windows!!). Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and heaps of places to eat, bus stop on the corner to take you anywhere else. We have stayed in many different accommodations in LA but this is the one we will return to and have already recommended to friends.

Likes: Clean and spacious room, safe area with a guard at night. Good view overlooking an iconic street. Good quality kitchen appliances. Dislikes: Have to check in with the hotel's own app to get in. Had to call their support line to get the check-in link. Parking is *not* included for free, but there are garages a few blocks away.

Spacious and well equipped room for a reasonable price. Likes: The room was spacious and clean. The view was wonderful. Communication was good with the host. The storage lockers were very useful. Dislikes: There was a black plastic film on the windows which was a Netflix ad and that made the room pretty dark. There was no direct light. While I was there workers were replacing it and hanging right outside my window. I received no warning until they were there. I had a very important meeting and the noise was a problem.

Loved my studio apartment. The location was perfect for me. Everything was clean. I was very comfortable.

If you’re ever in LA, book this place and you won’t be disappointed. The views are just amazing. The room was neatly decorated and it’s got everything you need.

Very impressive This apartment has probably the best views in the Hollywood area. The room was really huge and very nicely designed. It also has everything you would probably need. I can’t complain. If you plan to visit LA, you won’t be disappointed if you book Kasa Sunset.

The accommodation is in a good location if you want to spend most of your time on the Walk of Fame, but everything else is far away. We stayed for 6 days, and no one came to clean or take out the trash. We didn't have clean towels; I had to go to the laundromat and pay to wash them. As for the accommodation, it's nice and spacious, but the downside is that the cleaning staff didn't come to the room, while six of them were sitting in the lounge drinking coffee.
