10/10 Exceptional
Kasa Sunset was a wonderful find! The view was fantastic--the Hollywood hills (and iconic sign), the Griffith Observatory, downtown LA, and much more. Our apartment was lovely: surprisingly spacious, nicely furnished, very clean and SO comfortable. It had an extremely well-equipped kitchen--complete with a dishwasher, coffee-maker, electric teapot, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc. The virtual front desk worked very well for us. When we needed human help to cancel our parking reservation, my call was quickly answered by a very helpful and efficient staff member (no long wait on hold). This was our first stay at a Kasa apartment/hotel, but we hope it is not our last. We plan to look for Kasa in our future travels.
