Arriving late in the afternoon, we discovered that the room was plunged into darkness. The fault is an advertising panel which covers all the windows. The telephone support was disastrous: telling us (with a sigh, it's always nicer...) that they couldn't do anything because "the hotel cannot commit to providing a view". However, we had booked in this hotel, expensive for us, ONLY for the view which we wanted to enjoy for the last 2 nights of our stay. We obviously refused the $30 voucher, which then became a refund of €80 (less than the price of one night in their parking lot). This does not make up for a drop of our disappointment.

Une terrible arnaque... Nous avons utilisé nos économies pour réserver une chambre avec vue (explicitement décrite comme tel sur booking). En arrivant en fin d'après-midi, nous découvrons que la chambre est plongée dans le noir. La faute à un panneau publicitaire qui couvre l'ensemble des fenêtres. Le support téléphonique a été désastreux : nous indiquant (en soupirant, c'est toujours plus agréable...) ne pouvoir rien faire car "l'hotel ne peut pas s'engager a fournir une vue". Nous avions pourtant réservé dans cet hôtel, cher pour nous, UNIQUEMENT pour la vue dont nous voulions profiter pour les 2 dernières nuits de notre séjour. Nous avons évidemment refusé le bon d'achat de 30$, devenu ensuite un remboursement de 80€ (moins que le prix d'une nuit dans leur parking). Cela ne compense pas une goutte de notre déception.
