8/10 Very good
The apartment is good mainly because of the price, which is much lower than average in the area. The price may be low not for long, so keep this in mind. For the normal price the apartment would be not that good.
The good: It has most of the important things, like a clean room, clean linen, some basic toiletries, smooth check in etc.
The bad is in a lot of small things:
0 knives, 0 pots or pans, and no cooperation from the staff about it, so be prepared to add some $100-200 to buy those if you want to cook yourself.
None of the windows are opening and you can barely see through them because of the advertisement on the outer side of said windows. So who knows what the levels of CO2 are in these rooms.
The spying device they use to listen and track the number of apple devices in the room needs recharging, so be prepared for a couple of visits per month from their stuff to recharge a thing that you do not need.
The staff kept messaging about spying devices triggering alerts while it was recharging by their own staff.
They tried to charge a deposit multiple times, not once as stated in the terms and conditions.
The dryer is not never cleaned, so is not drying.
The building is not registered with usps or something so packages almost guaranteed to bounce of off this address.
You got the picture, lots of small things. That for the normal price would be a dealbreaker, but for a cheap it is now they are tolerable.
