This was our first time visiting LA and we were very fortunate to stay at Kasa Sunset for our 2 week vacation. Our beautiful studio suite had us in awe upon arrival. It had a very modern look that was clean, safe and made us feel at home from Day 1. The instructions for check-in were texted and emailed to us before arriving and were very clear to follow. The Kasa team were very friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure we were having a pleasant experience. They even sent us a thoughtful message on Valentine’s Day to ensure our evening was memorable. When we did reach out for assistance, they were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, our stay couldn’t have been better and my girlfriend and I felt lucky to have booked with Kasa. We would highly recommend Kasa to anyone that is seeking space that has a “home away from home” vibe. Our stay was truly exceptional. Thank you to the Kasa team for being part of our best vacation yet!

I had an excellent stay at Kasa Sunset. I was sblown away by the apartment and felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to LA. Highly recommended.

We has no cooking utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen. We reported the issue and Kasa responded saying the would provide. Later they told us they didn’t have the items. During this time i had already been 2-3 nights of our stay. Costing us a couple $100 usd in buying take out food and unused groceries. Later a voucher for $100 was provided for us to buy pots, pans and utensils ourselves. We was disappointed by this since we would have disrupt our vacation to shop for these things. We tried to use the voucher and it didnt work. When then tried again the next day and we got it to work through doordash. The last day of our kasa knocked on provided a pot, pan and 3 cooking utensils. We spent a significant amount on takeaway food. Airbnb refunded 30% of our stay. We also got two email notices of smoking when we don’t smoke. From the room you can hear the noise of the elevator but it’s not to loud. The apartment us amazing but it was let down the service unfortunately.

My stay here was exactly what I expected. Clean and very close to restaurants and attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location! This spot ended up being perfect for celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. We had a view of the Hollywood sign from our bed, plenty of space, and it was conveniently located within reasonable walking distance from the concert venue we had for the night. Definitely would come back if we make our way to LA again!

Highly recommend

The apartment was bright, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Hollywood location is central to everything. Parking was a bit of a challenge in this part of the city.

You know how pictures are better than words? In this case, Kasa Sunset was better in person! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this place is 😊 I loved my stay and appreciated how friendly and responsive the host was. I definitely have and will continue to recommend!

The apartment where we stayed. It was beautiful, very large, perfectly located in the heart of Hollywood. The only problem we had was with the check. But our experience was very pleasant, thanks home for his hospitality.

never got to even stay here, reserved this a month in advance and i get told day off they have a issue and i can’t stay there. had to sleep in my car because i couldn’t find another one. not mad just disappointed

Es war einfach perfekt! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit dort und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Lage war unglaublich und die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

I hired a car (which was definitely needed for this location) but the garage was broken and so the safest closest option was a 20min walk. Not massively convenient when it was raining massively! Luckily a security guard one evening gave me his contact and allowed me to park right outside the apartment which massively improved my experience. The daily parking charge under was also not necessary. It should be free for residents! Check in was tough - no one there for the first 40 mins and I wasn’t notified of the garage not working. The rooms aren’t very sound proofed. Can hear other residents, cars outside etc etc. I can sleep with this fine but it’s worth noting they provide earplugs which is good. A boiler or heater or something was in a locked room right by my bed. This rumbled regularly throughout the day and night. It did wake me once! Not a bad experience overall but these are things worth noting for them to improve upon!

Lovely bright spacious apartment spotlessly clean and comfortable modern furnishings nice roomy walk in wardrobe which I used to dress in privacy, very easy check-in slept soundly in very comfy bed with good linen. beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again should we return.

Place is solid, lovely staff and location. Would go back. Well equipped and spacious rooms with good views of Cali, good coffee and decent fitness centre too!

Loved how secured the building was, made me feel safe at night. Really liked not having a key card and only using codes. The room was beautiful and very clean. Location was good, but if you wanted to go grab a coffee or food, you will have to walk at least 5 minutes but thats not bad at all. Felt good to get out and walk around. Overall, great stay and would come back in the future!

Pro's - Good location, beautiful views, free laundry in the basement, nice furniture, responsive customer service (they helped me extend my stay and went above and beyond). Con's - A huge film poster covers the whole exterior of the windows of the unit (and the whole side of the building) making it quite dim and it makes the windows look filthy. Still lots of signs of recent renovation (loose screws, dust etc). There is a kitchen cooking set up (oven/hob etc) but no kitchen utensils or pots/pans at all to cook with, making it essentially just a decoration. It is noisy with nearby traffic, but they do provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall, I would stay again if the price stays reasonable, but hopefully the chain company Kasa will pay attention to feedback as some simple changes would make it much better.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. The room looked even better in person! Would definitely stay here again. Many things were walking distance and the unit had a beautiful view of the Hollywood sign!

Great location, very clean and spacious apartment. The only downside was the lack of parking during our stay due to maintenance work - but there are street parking and private parking options available close by.

I loved staying at Kasa. Great place and great location. The unit has an amazing view of LA. Never closed the curtains.

we had amazing stay at the kasa. Was in a beautiful location and near everything. It made you feel like you were home when not home! would definitely come back to Kasa!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Airbnb when we went to the Hollywood Palladium for a concert. The Airbnb was conveniently located within walking distance. Kasa was very responsive and had clear instructions. You will receive this information through their portal. Make sure to save the code for the gate and keypad. I forgot to do that so I needed to keep logging back into the Kasa website. The place was clean and had everything you needed. I did notice the bathroom hand soap was really low and the inside of the windows were a little dirty. The only downside is that you will need to pay $55 for parking. We were lucky enough to find street parking on Van Ness. Kasa did provide me some other parking options but they weren’t overnight. You can access the check-out instructions via Virtual Front desk. I didn’t realize that and was trying to look everywhere for the check-out instructions. Overall, I loved the loft. It really was worth the money to stay!

After discovering on-site parking was not available due to broken gate entrance… I made a request to cancel, only to be rejected from the host. Thankfully Airbnb understood the effort I had made to remediate the issue and ultimately offered full refund.

The area does have homeless people so you need to be okay with that - but I felt safe and comfortable walking several blocks on any direction with food venues and a Short walk to Hollywood blvd for entertainment! Loved how comfy this place is!! I’ll stay here if I come back to town!

Beautiful view and definitely worth the price! Definitely enjoyed my stay, only issue was parking was down so I had to walk about 11 minutes to park and it was pouring rain which sucked but overall very nice and Kasa was very responsive and helpful ! Would love to stay again!

Overall amazing place to stay. it being new, there were a few things that were lacking. however, the manager Vicky was amazing and went above and beyond what I've ever experienced. Pros: -great view from the 5th floor and up -easy building and room access via code pads -24/7 text assistance which we used to get new towels, access the free laundry room, and access our room early -full kitchen with electric kettle sink and fridge -Amazing and helpful staff -nest thermostat / AC worked well and quickly -ample plates and various cups/mugs were provided in the unit -good area, building and unit felt safe and secure *The place is very new so hoping the following issues will be worked out quickly Cons: -water temperature was very finicky to get anywhere near usable, the sink/shower was either very hot or very cold and took very tiny adjustments to get right without overshooting -the beds were adequate for the price but not the best -the chairs were stylish over functional, being on the harder side or uncomfortable -coffee and tea was provided but no hot chocolate for the cold weather :( -no pans provided to use for the stove despite these few things it was a great place to stay, highly recommend

Huge rooms but horrible service The garage gate was broken so I couldn't park there, and I specifically picked this place because of the location for meetings which I had to drive to. Communication was awful. I was repeatedly given incorrect information, including the wrong access code, which meant I was stuck outside in the pouring rain trying to get inside with an incorrect access code. They claim to offer 24/7 service, but when I called them, I waited on hold for 7 and 1/2 minutes only for the call to go to voicemail and nobody called me back. I couldn't get through to anyone using their online chat. Text communication was reasonable but not impressive. There were hairs in my room when I got there that were not mine, and a giant puddle of rainwater by the window from a leak.

Amazing place with everything that I needed there. Clean, beautiful view, and large amount of space. Would definitely book again.

Staying here was overall good, but there were some disappointing things. The room itself is beautifully furnished & modern. Very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, serving ware, coffee machine, tea, etc. Bed is comfy. Huge walk in closet. Bathroom is adequate but had paint & adhesive spots on floor. Water pressure in shower was lacking. The location is good & has restaurants nearby. It's loud at night, however. They provide ear plugs and white noise machine, but I didn't sleep well. I was disappointed because almost all the windows were covered with an outside ad that blocked the view. The room smelled like paint. The windows don't open, so couldn't air it out. There is also no heating, only AC. They provide free laundry machines & dryers in the basement. Customer service via text was convenient. Check in/check out via phone.

The service was outstanding. I was happily helped by the GM of the property , Vicky, she did go above and beyond to help us out with a query about the storage of our luggage. Overall the virtual assistance service was very responsive and helpful. The views from the room were amazing. Room was very comfortable and spotless. Everything we need was there. But also we receive a nice welcoming touch. Thanks for making our stay a lovely one team.

Kasa Sunset is in a great location walking distance to the walk of fame and restaraunts. The apartment had breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It was very clean and comfortable

Great experience staying with Kasa in LA!

The property is brand new, our apartment was spotless. The service was outstanding. I met the GM as per a specific request on my luggage, Vicky was lovely and accommodating of our needs. The virtual assistance is very responsive and works smoothly. I truly recommend anyone staying at Kasa Sunset LA.

The next time I come to LA this is exactly where I’ll stay. Responsive staff, clean, easy access. And so close to many places in Hollywood that I wanted to go. And had a target in walking distance in case I needed something.

Great spot clean and tidy. Also the area it’s in is amazing since there are plenty of restaurants and parking.
