10/10 Exceptional
This lovely queen suite is definitely more like a mini- apartment, with all necessary amenities to help you feel at home. The place is perfectly clean, with lovely, uncluttered and high-end access through secure outer doors and secure inner door to your unit. The staff was polite and so responsive throughout the stay! I had a complication of a very bad ankle injury that occurred in the city, and they went above and beyond to accommodate the unexpected incident. This is a phenomenal option in Pacific Heights, very quiet and private, as well as well styled and uniquely comfortable. The outdoor space/deck is also lovely and a nice, private, comfortable option on sunny days. Walking distance to Lafayette Park, and so many stores and restaurants. We will stay again for sure!
