8/10 Very good
Clean, quiet, has everything to clean up, eat, relax, with nice location.
Likes: Kasa The Addison San Francisco is located near Pacific Heights and is on Sacramento Street, convenient to the 1 bus that runs frequently across the street from the unit. Easy access to the Piers, the Embarcadero, Union Square, the Financial District.
The unit was clean and well-appointed with small dishwasher, dishes, cups, glasses, and cutlery, as well as some cooking supplies like pots, pans, and good-sized salt and pepper grinders near the hob with a small bottle of olive oil (I found that very helpful). Full-sized refrigerator/freezer, deep stainless sink, and washer/dryer combo.
The shower is free-standing in the toilet/sink area, and the water pressure was good and warm. There are bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash, as well as a blow-dryer. A set of drawers on one wall hold clean, folded towels and bath mats.
The usual flat-screen tv, alarm, comfortable platform bed with lots of pillows. It was clean and very comfortable.
Dislikes: I respectfully suggest that the tea offering in the kitchen area include black tea. Most tea drinkers enjoy black tea (it is our coffee). The herbal tea on display did not provide the ingredients list ... I am allergic to chamomile so it was important that I know. In desperation, I drank one before heading out to breakfast nearby, but it was risky (spoiler: I was fine!). Thank you.
