A very pleasant place to stay in a pleasant and convenient neighborhood.
Likes: Great location in an historic and charming old YMCA in a nice neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Room rate was reasonable, about $130 with tax for a king bed room.
Dislikes: There are no hotel staff present. Restaurant at entrance is not affiliated in any way with Kasa. Every entrance to building and your room requires a "one time" & one use code sent via email (& maybe text, not the case for us). We figured it out, and it worked, but a bit cumbersome. Platform bed was accessible only from one side and furnishings a bit spare ("sofa" was a window seat with 2 throw pillows). Despite these comments, overall we thought it charming and pleased to see an historic building preserved and used so creatively and well.
