Good value Follow parking rules A bit lonely not being welcomed but good value if that’s what today’s market requires Although central gathering place it was not alive Decor outstanding

I loved the place! I had a few hiccups with the check-in process and the host hotline was not helpful. I had to speak with several customer service associates to get issue resolved all for a lack of diligence on Kasa’s behalf.

I didn’t actually get to stay here. Customer service left a lot to be desired before stay even began (note: this hotel has no front desk and no place to park). I canceled and then they said it was non refundable! Did not book a non refundable room; it was in the fine print apparently. They try and absolve themselves of all responsibility. Stay anywhere else

We had such a great time here! The building itself is phenomenal and feels so special. Rooms were well designed and furnished to be comfortable. We personally had incredible views. Neighborhood was full of things to do and very walkable. We plan to stay again if, and when, we visit Pittsburgh again.

Dont be fooled. There is NO front desk. No one could help me with any changes on reservation. Place feels like a hostel...don't be fooled. The door code did not work. The lights didnt work. The fridge didnt work. The towels were awful. The maid knocked on door WAY before checkout disturbing our sleep.

A decent room but really should only be for two people or maybe parents and their children. We had four adults in the room, and it felt tight but overall a good experience.

The virtual check-in process was frustrating and time consuming. The tv app worked for about 10 minutes and then wouldn't sync with my phone. There was a green/grey dirt coming from the bathroom tap when i turned the hot water on.

Horrible bed!!!!! The bed was HORRIBLE. We might as well have slept on the floor. I wasnt impressed that there was no vending machines available. The parking was sketchy- as much as we paid for our stay we should have been able to get some kind of parking pass. The room was clean but I was unimpressed that I had to stream anything i wanted to watch to the tv.

We had a wonderful stay! We were visiting our daughter, who is a student in Pittsburgh, and the location was close to the university and within walking distance to lots of great places to eat. The historic building was beautiful and the room was updated & lovely. We appreciated all the little extra details. We had trouble getting into our room one night, but after a phone call, the issue was quickly resovlved. Kasa did a great job of checking in with us and made everything so easy. We will definitley stay here again!

Very nice and clean rooms in a good location a short walk from several shops and restaurants. Note there are no onsite staff in the hotel as the front desk is fully online, so it may take longer than normal to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay.

Place is meh. Fine if it is your ONLY a option on a Steelers game weekend. NO amenities. Don’t even ask. No refills on coffee or towels. The room was fine. Clean and bed was nice. No closet. Tiny bar to hang 4 pieces of clothing at most. No luggage storage whatsoever, no actual human beings to talk to or who appear to work there. It is like a ghost hotel. Communication with the host company was confusing and received conflicting check out instructions. Neighborhood is nice, but the place is not convenient. A real hotel with actual people and amenities is worth a few extra dollars. Do not recommend this unless you just need the bed for one night.
