10/10 Exceptional
Wasn't sure what to expect, but we were blown away. A former YMCA built in 1909, they did not cut corners when renovating.
Well-designed with lots of nice little room details and amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, wi-fi, etc.). Very comfortable. We holed up for most of the weekend and did not feel cramped in the least. The building is solid and it often felt like we were the only people in the entire building.
Plenty of room (for 2, in our case), ample and creative storage, and we continue to rave about the bathroom. Off-site parking was close and reasonably priced ($1/hr to park, free overnight and on Sunday).
