My experience at this kasa went well until I returned home and saw that I was charged $250 for losing a key access card! At any other lodging, if you lose an access card, an attendant at the front desk gives you a replacement and a smile. But kasa chooses not to have a front desk, so you pay an outrageous sum for simply misplacing a card. This is not a rare occurrence, and kasa takes full advantage of it. You are warned, however, deep down in the fine print, if you care to read it. So, just understand the true cost of this place.
