Nice Apartment in a Great Location This was a perfect place for us while visiting our daughters for Thanksgiving. The building is fantastic with a very nice rooftop and multiple grills which are all operable. The location is tremendous. An easy walk from Union Station and downtown. It’s next to a park on the Platte River and the Cherry Creek with miles of bike trails. The virtual check in and check out were surprisingly easy for us.

Excellent place to stay. Likes: Everything. Location, space, comfort, resources. An additional thing you could do is, add body lotion to the list of things you provide since Denver is such a dry place to make it perfect! It’s no big deal if you don’t. It’s just a nice to have. Dislikes: Nothing.

Great location, comfortable suite Likes: Great location near Union Station, close to restaurants and walking distance to Mile High Stadium for Bronco game. Great layout of the suite. Nice to have a study, full kitchen, comfortable bed, small deck, bathroom with washer and dryer. We only stayed one night…wished we would have booked for a longer stay to enjoy the suite and the neighborhood.

A one of a kind experience. The check in process was super simple to follow, no concerns there. The check out process was even easier. I also utilized the underground parking which was super convenient. What I enjoyed most about Kasa was the huge space, a traditional hotel room wont come close to the amenities you find in Kasa. I was able to use the in unit washer/dryer for my clothes before flying back home. Everything is brand new, high quality and extremely clean. I booked through Paisly and got a great deal and I would definitely recommend anyone to give this experience a try for their next trip. Thank you Kasa for an amazing stay!

Denver Delight We had no idea what Denver would be like so we were hoping for all good things. When we pulled up there was the immediate thought, this is a cool area. We appreciated the thorough explanations for entering and getting to our room. Room is the wrong word, it was a very nice apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. We got the parking which was an inside the parking garage which made us feel very secure. We loved staying in the spacious accommodations. It was incredibly clean and cozy. There were separate spaces for lounging, eating, sleeping and bathing. It was very private and quiet and very comfortable. The location is fantastic. We walked downtown to Union Station and when driving we could quickly get out of the city. We went all around the area and it was great to come back to a bathtub and bubble bath away the sore muscles. If we make it back to Denver we would love to stay again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Union Station, Ball arena and many restaurants. Spacious with full kitchen. Loved coffee availability in lobby. Great to have washer/dryer for our extended stay. Clean vinyl plank wood floors, yet separated in places. Overall, great 2 BR, 2BA plus futon sofa/bed for our family! Only recommendation is instead of king beds in both rooms, have one room with 2 beds.

Aesthetically speaking, the apartment and the area was beautiful. The apartment was very spacious and within walking distance to a lot of Denver’s top attractions. However, if you’re looking to have a good time on vacation I would not recommend this listing. Only a couple hours into our stay at 5PM I received a phone call notifying me that a noise complaint had been reported on us and that if it persisted we’d be removed from our stay (we were a group of 5 getting ready to leave for dinner). They do have noise detectors in the room as well, none of which surpassed their limits according to the Kasa agent who called me. It left us feeling as though we had to whisper and tip toe for the rest of the trip.
