Good location, perfect unit for 2 couples

Great Denver LODO Stay Our stay was perfect. The virtual assistant provided by Kass was extremely helpful.. The electronic registering with verification through phone photo biometrics was new. It wasn’t extremely hard but did not work for a few hours the day I tried. I spoke to the Kasa Rep and he said it is the only way to register and receive entry codes. It eventually worked out for me, but through a second phone. However, this single point failure should be concerning to both parties. We also experienced a water outage in the building during our stay which was necessary, but still a bad deal. We were unable to shower that day or use the toilets ! The Kasa team were helpful and responsive to all text questions on the above issues. The customer texts from the water repairs were probably not pleasant but they likely answered anyway. I respect that. I would definitely stay at a Kasa Team property again.

Excellent Stay The apartment was lovely -- extremely spacious, and I appreciated the balcony and full kitchen. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was also a fresh-brew, single cup coffee machine in the hallway on every floor, which was very nice. The location was also excellent. Walkable from Union Station and to restaurants, grocery, and cafes, and right across the street from Commons Park.

Property was clean and nicely stocked, also close to why we came to Denver. Checkin was way too automated leaving no room for communication. Our water was shut off in the morning with no warning until 1 1/2 hrs after the fact. Went off at 8am and we received automated alert at 9:27am. It made the whole experience unpleasant. NOT good for a 1-night stay. Parking available but very inconvenient. And, so many emails! It would be more efficient for both parties to limit them.

We flew into Denver after a wedding in Atlanta, and decided to go to baseball doubleheader, which was in walking distance of Kasa Union Station, the main reason I originally booked it. The instructions provided were VERY detailed which was much appreciated! I just followed the steps and it took no time at all to get parked and settled in our apartment. It was so nice and the patio was a bonus! There are all the amenities including a coffee maker, not a k-cup, with coffee, filters, tea bags, sugar, and creamer. There's also shampoo, conditioner and body wash....... which i fell in love with the minty tingle!!! :) We walked everywhere and even went to the dog park (we were missing our 4 dogs at this point of our vacation) that was just a couple blocks down the street. The complex had dog treats, so we took some of those along and played with other people's dogs. There's a huge park across the street that was awesome to walk around and if you like to run this would be perfect for you!!! The river runs along the park and path. There is also a rooftop deck to watch a game on the TV, sit at the fire pit and even bbq! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely bring our dogs back with us! Also the Starbucks coffee machine on each floor was appreciated.

Perfect for downtown Very nice and clean apartment! Convenient, easy walking to venues downtown. TOTALLY appreciated the early check in option! The only confusion we had was which entrance to use as our GPS took us to the north side which did not recognize the building code we were given. We were fortunate residents were coming in/out when we needed to enter. I would definitely stay here again for longer stays!

It is all virtual. It was all new to me but when I had questions on the phone, they were quick to answer

Likes: Top Wohnung, sehr gross und sehr komfortabel, alles sauber und neu. Dislikes: Wir hatten zuerst Mühe, den richtigen Eingang zu finden, wo man dann mit dem Code eintreten konnte. Der Ablauf des Check Out war unklar. Fragen werden nur von einem Chatbot beantwortet, wir hatten keinen Kontakt mit einem "echten" Menschen; daher konnte die Frage nach dem Checkout auch nicht beantwortet werden.

Great condo, very clean and new, in an excellent spot across the street from riverfront park. Easy walkability to downtown areas of Denver, amenities close by. The condo was very quiet at night...spacious and comfortable bedrooms, very nice bathrooms. The building has very tight security, but it wasn't too difficult to deal with. I had some frustration with kasa software during check in and out. I would have liked to preview how to check in and out prior to arrival, but couldn't figure out how to do that until we received our code 30 minutes prior to the check in time...and then I couldn't access how to check out until the morning of the last day. Once the instructions were available, they were clear enough. I'm 61, so maybe that was part of the problem :) Only other complaint was spotty satellite while watching football on live TV...but other channels and streaming content worked fine.

Perfect place Walking distance to RiNo, LoHi, Union Station. Easy access to Cherry Creek bike trail. Huge 2Br with way more room than a hotel room with 2 beds. 3 gals reunioning and it couldn't have been better. Used the gym every morning. Whole Foods and liquor store a few blocks away. Never used our car.

Nice but not for business travel The room was great, very nice and very clean. I don't know that I would recommend staying here on business as it is a harder building to learn how to get in and out of because it isn't a hotel.

Perfect place Great location, easy walk to happening LoHi and RiNo neighborhoods. HUGE 2br place, soo much better than a hotel room with queens for not that much more money. We used the gym both mornings. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, couldn't have been better. Oh, and easy walk to Union Station for A Line train direct to airport.

The property was clean and well stocked for our stay. Convenient to a number of restaurants and shopping.

Great location, great looking place. Love how the place is set up for privacy for 2 couples if needed and the huge closets! Thank you for the nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash … love the mint.

Don't hesitate to stay Bedding was great, plenty of cleaning, laundry, shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplies. Nice balcony, kitchen was plenty sufficient for basic cooking. Very clean & walking distance to all things in LoDo & Union Station. Would highly recommend.

It was super safe and layed back with all the amenities you may need without having to interact with strangers or front desk

I enjoyed my stay Good location near downtown union station, and yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Apartment was super clean. I especially loved the little office room as I needed to work remotely for a couple of days. Clear and easy to follow instructions for virtual check in and check out

Beautiful building and apartment, I loved that everything was close ( restaurant, entertainment, etc ) I would definitely stay again when I come back to Denver.

Would totally use Kasa again This was a fabulous service in a great location! It took a little getting used to communicating via text but in the end I found I probably preferred that. They answered quickly and were very helpful. Would totally use Kasa again.

Comfortable, quiet, clean and safe. Likes: Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Large rooms. Well equipped. I loved the free Starbucks coffee machine on each floor, too. The location suited us but it’s a quiet area. Perfectly safe day and night, but quiet. If you’re walking, it’s about 10 minutes from the railway station. Go out the back, down the street and over the bridge crossing the additional railway tracks. It’s easy. Dislikes: No complaints. Not having a Kasa office in the building may be an issue for some. All communication is done online. But check-in instructions were clear and it was an easy process. You will need internet access around check-in time as your building and room access codes are only made available at that time. Provided you have it, it’s smooth sailing. Just something to think about if you’re from abroad and you’re not planning to use data roaming!

Loved this condo, really comfortable and spacious. Well equipped, too. Starbucks coffee machine in the corridor was a nice touch, too. I was a bit concerned before checking in that online communication only (no Kasa office in the building) would be a problem. But it wasn’t. It was easy to check in. Just be aware there are 2 entrances to the building and only 1 can be used to initially check in. After that you can use the other entrance too with the keycard you’ll find in your room. Location was fine for us. We walked from the railway station with our luggage and it took about 10 minutes. A Whole Foods is nearby. You will need to use the bridge to cross the railway tracks. So if you like the hustle and bustle of the city, look elsewhere. This is a peaceful, safe, clean area and it’s quiet. There’s a pleasant park opposite the building. I really liked that but it won’t suit everyone.

Convenient, safe and walkable As a female traveling alone for work, I always try to find something safe and also easy to get to from the head office downtown. This was the first time I chose Kasa and it was extremely easy to find and access. Being that it's about a 10 minute walk from Union Station, in a really nice neighborhood, makes it my new favorite place to stay in downtown. I felt safe with all the locked doors requiring codes and card access in the elevators after hours. Also, the unit I stayed in was simple, modern and clean! 10/10!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was great. You are walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the baseball stadium. The place was clean with a fantastic gym. I highly recommend that you look into this location if you were staying in Denver.

The stay was great! The location was perfect and the apartment was very nice. The only issue I had was that I had requested an earlier check in twice and never heard back from them until the day of. They did grant the earlier check in but I didn’t know about it until at exactly that time

It was only for 12 hours. Likes: The layout was nice, it was super clean. The neighborhood was beautiful. Dislikes: The beds and furniture were very low to the ground, not the greatest quality. We paid for parking, but couldn't access it until we checked into the room, but when we got to the room there was no parking information. So, we crossed our fingers and parked on the street. I asked for early check-in and was given permission, but not until 11:55 AM and the check-in was at 12:00. So, we ended up parking a few blocks away and paying for that parking also because we didn't know if we'd get granted early check-in. The building was hard to get into and there is no one physically there to help you. So, we had to stand on the street at 11 p.m. trying to figure out how to get into the building. Then the room was a haul to get to. and thank goodness our phones were charged, cause everything we needed to gain entrance had to be done on the phone. None of the codes we were given worked. By the time all was said and done, it was a stupid expensive room for 12 hours.
