10/10 Exceptional
Excellent place to stay, far better than most apartment-type rooms I have stayed in with other services. A quick list of positives:
-The area and building in particular felt very safe. This is mostly a residential building and the residents we met were courteous and helpful. There should be no hesitation if that is a concern.
-It was a large space with an excellent bedroom, office area, living area and large bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 people.
-Clean with sheets, towels, bedspread, etc. that felt well laundered.
-Shower was hot and had great water pressure.
-Our apartment was quiet with very little noise from surrounding apartments, and none at night.
-Free Starbucks coffee machine in the hall near our room
As far as the location in Union Station area of Denver:
-Just a 5 min walk from Union Rail Station, where for $10.50 per day you can ride commuter trains all around Denver and the surrounding area.
-There is now a train from Denver Airport to Union Station that runs every 15 min and is only a 37 min ride. Do this instead of ride share!
-There are dozens of restaurants/bars within an easy walk, including Coors Field and the surrounding area.
All in all a fun, car-free experience. Just wish we would have explored more!
