This is a great property and I will stay here next time in Denver. Walking distance to nearly everywhere downtown. The property is probably only a few years old but they were renovating inside - painting and replacing carpet. The unit we stayed in, was in very good condition. Across the street from Riverfront park and trail. Free parking was amazing and secure! Thank you KASA.

It was nice to be able to spread out as a family and have items available to live in the apartment for the time we spent. The apartment was extremely noisy at night. Beds we great size but hard. It was great to be able to walk where we needed to, great location.

It was a great location. Place could have been cleaned better prior to our visit. The futon couch had a cover on it that was rather gross and well used, so that remained off in the corner the entire stay.

Checkin process was very confusing, parking was very confusing. In check out, we got locked out of our room an hour before checkout, took 15-20 mins to get assistance over the phone to get access back in to our room and was only given 30 mins access. Check was at 11am and got locked out at 10am

Was a good trip overall until my car was towed after being told to park in a certain designated spot (told over the phone by kasa 24/7 hotline agent to park where the blue signs are). There’s a complete disconnect between the management at river front green and kasa and I had no knowledge of my car being towed until I checked out

Check in process was difficult. They provided the wrong building code as it changes frequently so we had to wait outside in the cold for quite some time. Apartment was as advertised! Awesome location and tidy. Kasa team was responsive and the parking spot in the parking garage was nice. I’d recommend investing in more key cards because we had three people staying for over a month and they would only give us two key cards per their policy. Also can’t receive any mail if your staying long term.

Very nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable. We were working remotely while visiting Denver and this place was perfect for that. About a ten minute walk to Union Station, very convenient if you're planning on taking a train or just going out to eat at any of the very good restaurants nearby. Or you can walk ten minutes across the river to a bunch of restaurants and bars.

Too many people for a hotel. Didn't want the hassle or headache of a Airbnb. Easy self check in/out. Garage parking. Great location. Great amenities. Really good price for a week stay with the ability to add days on.
