10/10 Exceptional
This is the first company-owned AirBnB listing I stayed at, but it wasn’t intimidating as I thought it would be. The location is immaculate. Our apartment faced the skyline of Denver and Commons Park so the view was absolutely outstanding, breathtaking at times. It’s in the quieter outskirt of downtown where residential buildings start to pop up, but not far away from anything. I adventured the whole city on foot with the perfect base to return to. My family of four rented the place for a month during the Holiday season right after selling our home and it had everything we needed. With all four of us traveling with desktop computers, the place is too small for setups, so compromises had to be made, but it isn’t as if the space promised four office nooks. With all of the adventuring we did, you really can’t beat location. The rooms were so spacious, we were able to unpack our whole suitcases into closets and have private bathrooms, and the beds were huge and the most comfortable I’ve slept in. It felt like a true temporary home. My boyfriend and I watched the 2020 year turn over to 2021 on the balcony and saw the city light up with fireworks and happy shouts from other dwellers. Kasa accepted my small service dog into the equation without issues. We cooked plenty in the equipped kitchen, my sister-in-law is a Chef and had no complaints. If you’re coming to downtown Denver for a long term stay, you can’t beat this place with location and price for what you get. Parking is protected and underground, I had some problems running out of spaces, but it was only one night. It’s a gem. Bring your family, bring your friends, go adventure this beautiful state. Thanks to this place, I was able to become better friends with the city of Denver.
