Reviews of Kasa Union Station DenverReviews of Kasa Union Station Denver

Clean space with plenty of amenities. Very nice area. Starbucks coffee and filtered water machines on every floor.

This was the perfect location for me and my best friend to stay while we were in town for a concert at Empower Stadium! The entire property is really nice and we loved the setting. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very, very clean. No issues there. I love this place, but sometimes I end up with a room with a terrible view, such as looking at another wall. Even when I ensure that I get a balcony. The common areas are very pleasant, beautiful pool, even if it is small. Love the instant brewed coffee for guests out in the hallway, prepared by a machine that grinds the coffee on demand!

Kasa Union Denver was perfect. We only stayed a night but wished we stayed for many days! It was so comfortable and spacious. We wished we were there long enough to use the pool and the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculate and rooms were so nice.

Lovely apartment

Great stay! Super cozy, great location, great unit. Only thing we wish was different was an internal lock on the door that you can only lock/unlock from the inside, but otherwise we loved our stay.

Spacious, way better than an actual hotel/motel room.

We've stayed at several Kasa properties, including the Mint House in Nashville (several rooms on two occasions), the Mint House in Dallas, and Kasa Jules in Savannah. Each time we've been amazed at the amenities, cleanliness and especially customer service the Kasa experience delivered. Our Denver stay was no different. The location in downtown LoDo was unparalleled, across the street from a river-front greenway and steps away from Union Station and historic Larimer Square. Bravo!

Place is beautiful. In a very nice building. Rooms and closets are great size. I would definitely stay again. I would have liked if the TVs were bigger. And the fan in the master bath goes on and off all night long. I may be sensitive to sounds tho. Water pressure in shower wasnt great but same as most hotels

Loved the setting. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores etc within walking distance but also quiet in the building. We will be back.

Room and Location were amazing. For people that are not avid walkers, we were able to walk or take the train everywhere we wanted to go. the room was clean, spacious and just a great place to relax after a busy day out with the kids. Would recommend and use again.

It was an awesome place to stay couldn't asked for anything better will for sure return again!!

Do not stay here! First off it’s not a hotel, even though it’s advertised as one. There’s no front desk. There’s absolutely no customer service. Check in time was at 4 PM. We didn’t even get a call back till 6 PM. Unfortunately, we had a baseball game at 6:30. We were forced to get a hotel on top of this. They refused to cancel our reservation. Even though they did absolutely nothing to get us into the hotel or help us out. We ran into other guests that were staying there as well. They had the same complaint about no customer service. I travel fairly frequent. This is literally the worst place I’ve ever communicated with. If I could get it less than one star I would. Good luck if you accidentally book your thinking it’s a hotel. Just reply to Kasa after their reply: We had talked to your team multiple times. Never got access codes. We had our third-party company contact you and no one ever gave us access codes. So to come off like you’re gonna help us now? After we already lost $450 on one night. No, thank you! We’re fighting the charge. And we told you this while on the phone with you after your company did nothing for us. And we also said we are going to leave reviews because of your lack of communication. This is exactly what I told your team that night. I did exactly what I said. I’m gonna do. Unlike you and your company.

Excellent place, great location and close to a lot

THERE WAS A SHOOTING AND NO ONE IN THE BUILDING WAS EVER NOTIFIED DURING OR AFTER THE FACT. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

KASA Union Station - A must when in Denver! What a fantastic spot! This was my first KASA experience, and the Union Station location did not disappoint. The prearrival details were easy to follow, and I appreciated all the pictures and video links that could be utilized for additional clarity. The apartment was perfect for myself and my daughter to enjoy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the community spaces and found the mix of residents and guests to mingle wonderfully! I would absolutely stay here again and will certainly use KASA for future bookings!

Don’t stay no customer service Do not stay there! It’s advertised as a hotel. It’s definitely not. There is no front desk. There’s no customer service. You arrive at 4 o’clock not knowing what to do. There’s supposed to be an email sent out that never got sent out. It was completely a horrible experience.

Downtown Denver Gem Kasa was in a great location. adjacent to Commons Park. We rode the light rail to and from the airport. Kasa Union Station is a short walk from Union Station & the RTD hub as well as LoHi, and LoDo. The room was clean, the noise level was surprisingly low for an urban unit, Kasa staff was very responsive to every question, and it was equipped with kitchen & laundry appliances. We used the business office/printer and the building has an excellent gym. It was a great value in our experience.

Great Place to stay. super location and the staff was great on communication.

Kasa was a fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a friend and so wonderful to have our own huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Great having a full kitchen and so much space. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Kasa!

I loved Kaa Union Station! I am a 24 year old that did not rent a car and its was the ideal location! 10 min walk from Union station which comes directly from the Airport and more! And I was able to walk around downtown very easily! The rooms were a great value for the price paid too!! There was a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom with a balcony!! And right across the street was the best park to walk around, see the locals, and with a great view of the mountains with a stream and gorgeous bridge! The only reason I put 4 stars for service was, I prefer to have at least 1 person in person to go to with any needs. The online service is great but I struggled every time to get into the building and tried all the different ways. Would have just been better to have someone at the front to help when needed.

Lovely, clean apartment in a great location. Likes: A lovely, clean apartment with lots of facilities. In a great location for easy access to the station, centre and park. Dislikes: Our view was just a building wall but for a few nights it wasn’t a big deal.

Beautiful rental! Amazing facilities and responsive hosts 5/5 recommended highly!!

Great experience and Very nice place to stay in. Highly recommend.

No hassle, nice, clean, place Very nice room. Clean, well-stocked, including a kitchen with all the basics you may need. The KASA admin was very easy, no hassle, with clear instructions on checking in and checking out. Would recommend

great location

Everything was great, would stay again!

This place is amazing, and if you need them, their staffers are super helpful.

Great location walkable to so many of the wonderful amenities in Denver. Beautiful building and apartment. Nice gym.

Great location. Clean with a full kitchen. Bring an eye mask as the window coverings let the light in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice building, great location, great gym! Walking distance from the train station and restaurants. Beautiful park in front the property.

Love Lodo The location is great, nice building and amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and train station.

The room was very clean and the facility was very nice. The bed mattress was not very comfortable and the bath towels were not the highest quality.

Great place to stay if visiting Denver in a safe area close too sports grounds ! Likes: Great location to watch sport. Safe areas full of professionals

We had a very unfortuante experience with Kasa, who is a large corporate airbnb host and as a host myself, this is against the spirit of Airbnb and one reason why the app is declining. We checked out early at 9am with an 11am checkout time. My wife left her wallet on the bed inside the unit. 45 minutes later we requested to get the item back. They forced us to communicate outside of the platform, denied us access to the space and told us we had to consent to a $60 fee and a weeks long turn around time to get the wallet back. This was instead of letting us back in the unit or asking staff to help us. The host was resistant to helping us in a pragmatic manner even after we engaged airbnb support. Airbnb support also did little to help us and told us to communicate with the host. Eventually, we called the police non-emergency line making a report of the matter. We were granted access by the apartment building manager and had to demand the wallet back from cleaning staff.

We enjoyed our weekend in Denver and everything was within walking distance for our trip. We had 80 degrees on one day and snow the next but it was fun to watch all the locals enjoying the time outdoors. The apartment was very quiet and clean and we were able to enjoy the time with our good friends. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer available as we continued our trip away from home!
