Overall great place. The pool and gym was a great addition.

Kasa Union Station was an incredible place to stay! It was conveniently located near restaurants, parks, events, bars, escape rooms, and more. The spacious and clean accommodations had an outdoor area, a quiet zone, a gym, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a lively yet safe neighborhood. We’re already planning to return in January for the snowboarding season and will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book it; you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and the water pressure was AMAZING! Lol 10/10 no notes.

Disappointed Likes: The property for a party of 2 would be absolutely perfect. Great facilities, clean and good location. Dislikes: However, we booked for 3 adults as this property is marketed as having a futon bed. IT WAS NOT something that could be called a bed. The couch with broken springs folded down. It was not made up, upon arrival and when queries at 2.30 pm in the afternoon I was told someone would get back to me in 10 minutes. No one did. I had to sleep on the lumpy and hard couch with a sheet and thin blanket. NOT acceptable and extremely uncomfortable and I was cold. Next morning a quilt in a bag was dropped off at the door. Now, do I keep myself warm or do I make the hard and lumpy couch more comfortable? Contacted management and again I was told sorry someone would sort it. Well surprise surprise so one did. I had a second night of said lumpy hard couch, placed the quilt on top which surprisingly did little to help as it is that bad.. This review would have been a10/10 if someone just responded proactively. Please buy a new couch bed if you’re going to market it as it can sleep 3. Oh and charge for it. Disappointed

My family and I loved our stay here. The step by step check in process couldn't be any simpler. Dont be scared from the other reviews, It would take major incompetence to struggle with the process. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine. I highly recommend purchasing the reserved parking ahead of time. You cant beat the underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the 4th floor. Do not take any chances with the 2hr street parking. We seen multiple boots and parking tickets issued during our week stay. Someone is monitoring that for sure. The room was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, trash bags, and kitchen utensils / dishes. We rented a car for the week but after staying here we quickly realized it wasn't even necessary! This is the most walkable area ive ever been in a major city. You have a light rail station literally a block away and city busses. Lots of restaurant options and even a Whole Foods and CVS nearby. The area is really quite and safe even at night. Some homeless are scattered in surrounding blocks but no violence or much bother unlike other cities. 10/10 will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa Union Station. The apartment was lovely, clean, quiet, and centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excellent property, I've never stayed in such a perfect location within a major city until here! Many restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. Rental scooters and public transportation including light rail just a block away. The parking cost was totally worth having a parking space in the underground garage. The room was clean and had anything you could possibly need to utilize the kitchen. The 2nd floor pool area was great with nice lounging areas. I will certainly use this property again on our next trip.

A real mixed bag. Location was good for walking into downtown, walking to Coors Field, and driving out of town for adventures. Check-in process is very confusing, but that was communicated up front and the instructions provided by the company were adequate. The problems started when we actually checked in. The bedroom itself was incredibly comfortable and the property was very quiet, which I appreciated; however, the "futon" listed as the second bed was actually a very low quality sofa bed and the bedding for it included only a thin cotton blanked that was too small for the mattress. Asking for additional padding and an appropriate blanket took numerous emails and text messages - the better part of a day! They made it sound like an incredibly out-of-bounds request with constant reminders that they had to check to see if they could do anything about it. In the end they were not helpful at all about the mattress and dropped off another of the same blanket - without telling me they were going to do so - after having been out of contact so long that I'd given up on them, driven to Walmart and bought my own mattress foam and blanket. Windows only had thin shades (or no shade at all) so bring a sleep mask to avoid being woken by the sun. The gate for the "secure" parking was wide open most of the time, so don't leave any valuables in your car. All-in-all it was cheaper than hotels in the area but we traded savings for poor service, more anxiety, and bad sleep for one of us.

The location was convenient to for walking distance to the ball park. I was disappointed that I was charged for parking when my initial registration through Expedia advised that my parking was covered. I am still waiting confirmation on my parking fee refund through Expedia.

Fabulous Stay - Didn’t Want to leave!!!! Loved our stay at Kasa for our 20th anniversary trip to Denver and didn’t want to leave!!! Have stayed at full service hotels and didn’t like having to ask for a cup of coffee or anything else. Also, with a regular hotel, would worry about when housekeeping will get to your room and you couldn’t be in it. We are independent and really enjoyed the Kasa apartment experience! Location is a beautiful apartment complex close to Union Station full of young professionals and their cute dogs. The check-in process was clearly spelled out step by step so no issues checking in. Parking is in underground garage with easy elevator access to the units. Apartment was beautiful and super clean with high end finishes and a walk through closet that I want in my next house! Full kitchen stocked with all the equipments needed. Comfy king bed. Beautiful 2 sink bathroom with bathtub shower with good pressure. Never heard anything from other apartments, just occasionally from hall. My husband loves the uncluttered decorating. Beautiful central courtyard pool area with water loungers and a waterfall. Lots of space to hang out and other beautiful common areas I wish we had had more time to enjoy! I would recommend to anyone who likes Air B&Bs but doesn’t want to deal with the hassle and private quirky hosts. Kasa provided a great experience with the confidence of having a corporate, standardized approach with excellent security.

Fantastic spot to 'live' in Denver city. Easy to navigate, quiet position but still central to so much. The rooms are great and well equipped, with nice touches and comprehensive virtual checkin/instructions.

Great place to experience living in Denver city Likes: Location and quality of finishes in the unit were great. Easy to get in and out once figured out the system. Dislikes: Feel like a resident... some.people.like that, others do not. There is no reception, front desk etc to talk to, wasn't a problem for me and there is a 24/7 contact line

Do yourself a favour and stay here when you are visiting Denver. The apartment is well appointed, it has everything you need, and the location is outstanding. Everything can be accomplished on foot, from this location. You can take all of your tours, light rail, trains and buses to anywhere, from Union Station, which is a 10 minute walk. You can do all of your shopping at Whole Foods and on 16th, which is very close. It is the perfect spot for your stay in Denver.

I would not return Likes: Quiet location and good amenities in the unit including washer and dryer Dislikes: The smell of either a cleaning product or some other scent is overwhelming when you enter the building. Only one of two elevators was working for Kasa units. THERE IS NO STAFF ON SITE and things you may request ( coffee, bedside lamp, elevator repair, a 30 minute earlier check in, etc ) are disregarded. You requests are acknowledged by corporate staff but the answer is always the same : We are sorry but we can’t help”

Love this location. You can literally walk anywhere in downtown or take the free bus up and down 16th additionally the train station and the rapid transport is all right there as well. You can walk to the Rockies Stadium, take a quick train ride to either the Denver Nuggets stadium or the Bronco's. Tons of great restaurants and bars along with McGregor Square for World Cup watch parties etc. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Loved having an outdoor balcony to enjoy the warm evenings. The pool area was very clean and inviting.

Great quieter stay in Denver by Riverview Park, yet close to Union Station, Coors Field, and many restaurants.

We picked this property to go check out a baseball game at Coors Field, but it ended up being the key to the city. We are like kings, had a blast going to a metal show at a bar and a burlesque show in the RiNo district. Our trip was epic and this property was the foundation for our awesome trip. Everything was within walking distance and the property itself was beautiful, clean and everything they said it would be. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for hosting us.

Very clean and updated. Conveniently located near many restaurants and union station. The details for checking in are lengthy but very clear and easy to follow.

From my perspective a bit overpriced for what you get. Everything is ok, but not great. E.g. a bit of random staff under the bed, no lotion despite because of ac it is super dry=/ Some holes on floors tiles under the carpet. I mean it is ok place, but built without love, more like a hotel

This place is actually the worst. Go find a nice hotel somewhere. It'll be cleaner and less of a hassle. Especially if you're traveling with kids.

Loved this place to stay with friends as we went to concerts. Truly the only downside of this place is the unit is inside a complex that is maze with or without it instructions and to get to your unit is a lot of steps in the process. Love the unit, definitely could improve the access instructions.

This location was great, walkable to just about everything including Coors Field and plenty of downtown restaraunts We even rented scooters for a short ride to Empower field one day. Right across the street from the river walk which was really nice. The only small issue is the blinds in the bedroom are very thin so as soon as the sun comes up, the room is filled with light, but luckily we are not late sleepers. Great location overall.

Beautiful place, but not many nearby food options or stores unless you cross over the stairs to union station. Quiet residential area directly across from a park/green space. Wish we had brought our dog!

This Kasa Apartment was fantastic. 2 Blocks from Union Station. Excellent parking garage for our rental car. Close to Mile High, we were there in 10 minutes on the train. There was free Starbucks coffee in the am. Felt like a apartment with hotel like concierge service. Excellent, highly recommend!
