I stayed here when visiting my kid at SCU. It’s got a lot going for it but there are a few major issues that Kasa needs to sort out as it is not user friendly at all:
Pros:
-Close to SCU
-clean unit
-lovely rooftop pool/hot-tub/gym
-in room washer/dryer
-full kitchen
Cons:
Unless you are extremely tech savvy and 100% comfortable dealing with automated bots be cautious.
If you have any issues at all there is absolutely no one to help you, no ability to check in early or late checkout, no ability to leave luggage at a front desk or have help with any questions. Kasa is run by Bots! It was very frustrating to ask for any help or assistance with anything, I only received bot automated generic replies.
Extremely difficult to enter the very locked down building, find the parking spot and enter unit. Big hassle parking spot not on same floor as unit even though tons of open spots on that floor so constant need for elevator, multiple doors, access codes for each. Beds very uncomfortable.
