Everything has been absolutely perfect. Great location, wonderful building with everything you could need, public transportation close by as well as wonderful cafes and restaurants- will definitely come back!

Sentiment mitigé pour ce bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé que nous avons occupés avec nos 2 filles pendant 6 nuits. Outre le fait qu’il faille systématiquement réclamer après le passage du personnel de nettoyage le compte de serviettes pour 4 personnes, papier toilette...il faut savoir que le ménage est très succin: pas un coup de balai ni aspirateur durant le séjour. Mise à part cela le quartier est assez calme, l’épicerie au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment très pratique et le métro à 2 minutes à pied idéal pour rejoindre tous les sites touristiques de Manhattan et Brooklyn.

This was a pleasant place, very accessible and not too noisy for being in the heart of Wall Street. It was easy to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn from this secure and comfortable location. The sofa bed and huge king bed were comfortable for our family of four.

Centrally located in the heart of the Financial District, we had a wonderful extended weekend stay at Mint House with friendly staff, we were pleasantly surprised with the roomy space for NYC which was modern and very clean, fully equipped gym and upscale toiletries. Walking distance to the buzz of the South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge, One World Observatory, several Piers and the Governor’s Island Ferry. Lastly, I would like to add, it was such a pleasure staying in NYC without the Midtown/Times Square craziness. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to coming back.

We have stayed in the city throughout the last 20 years and this was one of the largest rooms that was more reasonable than your typical hotel room. The financial district provide less people and a nice part of the city to enjoy!

Pretty good! Likes: It’s almost perfect. Location, size, bed, amenities and staff are amazing. Really elegant and spacious. Dislikes: Noise insulation isn’t great so expect some noise from the hallways and neighbouring rooms

Was a total surprise. Huge suite, well furnished, quiet and just what you want. Friendly staff and good location. No view and only one window in a giant suite but otherwise pretty great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mint House AT 70 Pine NYC, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. This aparthotel offers the utmost comfort and boasts stylish, designer furnishings in a stunning art deco tower. The entrance to the lobby is reminiscent of scenes from classic films, evoking a sense of grandeur reminiscent of the Al Capone era. The accommodations themselves were truly top-notch. The spaciousness of the rooms was remarkable, making it an ideal choice for families. The well-equipped kitchen was a standout feature, equipped with high-quality appliances. One charming touch was the vintage turntable, complete with an eclectic collection of records that added a unique and nostalgic atmosphere to the space. Mint House AT 70 Pine NYC truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and amenities. The combination of luxurious living spaces within a beautifully restored art deco building created an unforgettable experience. I must also commend the delightful and accommodating staff. The efforts put forth by Senior Manager Robert Naeder are on par with the best in the industry. The entire team is fantastic, and even the Washington DC reception guard was exceptional, although I apologize for not remembering his name. In summary, my stay at Mint House AT 70 Pine NYC was exceptional in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of New York City. Mint Great apartment 2 bed into separate rooms lovely kitchen if you want to cook plenty of space for a family of 4 good location for lower Manhattan and entrance to subway only across the street and not to expensive for what you get

Excellent experience. Nice staffs and service, clean and large room. The location is very convenient to get the subway and store, I can get anything I want within the neighborhood.

Lovely studio-hotel place for a couple of night or a week in NY.

Inside is beautiful and very vine quiet Likes: Except the parking was the issues for me. Dislikes: parking I have to spend too much time locating parking.

Stayed 5 days. Great value for NY and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Mint house is peaceful, decent, and clean, i felt at home. Spacious unit with good amenities. Not just a typical Airbnb, it's like a 4-star hotel in the financial district of Manhattan. Paid parking is next block on Cedar Street, you can actually use the rear exit of Mint house to access the parking garage. Wall Street/William Street train station is about 3mins walk, easy access to other parts of town. I will use Mint house again without any hesitation. Good value for money.

I love this place! I live in Brooklyn but needed a place to escape the "all night long" party that occurs after our annual block party since it affects my partner who grew up in the 'burbs in NJ and has hyperacusis and insomnia (bass is a major issue). What I like most about it is that it combines the "full apartment" style you can find on Airbnb with the privacy of a hotel, and the attentiveness of a true B&B. (Bonus points for being close to home.) I was looking for cost-effective privacy and this combination made it a no-brainer. Ironically, the folks in the next room over were being loud at 2:30 AM (they have quiet hours after 9!), but I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up and I drifted back to sleep. I've already recommended it to friends and will be back for the next annual noise-a-palooza in a couple of weeks!

Sizeable, smart accommodation in a great location Likes: Sizeable accommodation and great self catering facilities. Smart interiors and nice touches with the record player and records in the room. We traveled with our young son and it was a family friendly stay. Dislikes: We requested a cot but the hotel no longer provide them, they upgraded us so that we had access to an additional bed instead.
