We stayed with Mint House at 70 Pine and had a relaxing time! A lot of amenities were in walking distance which was a plus. The place was immaculately kept and definitely very clean! We would recommend Mint House at 70 Pine to anyone staying in the NYC financial district. Thank You!

Mint House provides a hotel-like experience with more space than most NYC hotels in the same price range, and easily accommodated us and our nearly-adult daughter. The location was perfect for our visit, the room was spacious and very clean, and we loved the building amenities including the large and well-outfitted gym, the fun little 2-lane bowling alley (pool and ping pong were availalbe too!), the grocery/market and the coffee shop. The staff were superb - friendly, respectful, helpful.

The room was very sophisticated. It was nicer than we expected and we felt we wanted to stay longer. The receptionist was very friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. Additionally, It was very helpful to have our suitcases checked in before check-in. I would stay at the Mint House again if I had the chance.

Beautiful, clean, modern and great location. Huge rooms, nice details like throw blankets, albums with a turn table, pour over coffee, washer/dryer in unit, helpful front desk staff, co-working space, bowling, golf simulator, gym and tons of food options right at lobby! This is the best deal in the city (especially for families or extended stays).

Amazing stay. Exactly what I look for from an Airbnb stay; clean, spacious, friendly, and intentional on the offered amenities. Great location, only a short walking distance from South Street Seaport, Pier 17 and multiple subway lines. Building has a beautiful rooftop and restaurant that I would recommend during your stay. Thanks for the great hospitality, Mint House!

We had a great stay! It’s actually a hotel, but had more of an apartment feel to it. The bathroom was my favorite part! This location is clean, decor is modern, host is very responsive. We loved it! Wish we booked 2 nights!

We feel extremely lucky that we had the opportunity to stay at Mint House! It’s the most gorgeous building in the Financial District and was the perfect base whilst we stayed in New York. The cleanliness and facilities of Mint House were second to none and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This was our first time with Mint House so we were impressed that the team came in and cleaned the apartment daily - they were also extremely accommodating when we requested more towels/robes/teas etc. The facilities made our stay even better! The gym is one of the best I’ve been to, with two full floors of equipment + two Pilates rooms as well as a steam room which was a nice surprise! We also made use of the bowling room, laundry room, Black Fox cafe and the convenience store in the building which all made our stay so easy and enjoyable. This truly is a home away from home and we will be returning to Mint House when we next visit New York 🙂

Likes: Pretty old classic fidi building. To bad the energy in the lobby of the actual mint hotel doesn’t match because of nasty rude people who would literally make someone feel less than than having a second of taste and not whisper slurs Under their breath Dislikes: The one staff member I spoke to make me black list this hotel as a black man being shamed is unacceptable trashy and disgusting

Large, modern apartment in a good location Likes: Modern apartment with large rooms, well located near public transport and tourist sites. The apartment was relatively calm while being in Manhattan with food shops and restaurants very close by. Dislikes: Daily cleaning can be improved. Repairs to the fixed line telephone, TV and clothes drying machine were required and took a few days to be correctly repaired.

This place was fantastic! The rooms were amazing. The size of them are like I never seen before in NYC. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms. They are located within a few blocks of major attractions like One World Observatory and 9/11 memorial. Literally surrounded by places to eat and shop. The "room" has its own kitchen so having a supermarket in the basement of the building was super convenient. In addition, there is a gym, bowling alley and a golf simulator you can use. Overall this is my new favorite place to stay in New York
