really good, very spacious and clean. vibe is very Nice Likes: bed room, very spacey Dislikes: not much towels in the room, bathroom shower drain didn't drain as quickly

amazing stay in lower manhattan Likes: The rooms were spacious and amenities were great. Dislikes: lots of construction around

excellent! Likes: we had a beautiful spacious room, unfortunately being surrounded by tall buildings the rooms seem to be very dark. the facilities in the kitchen were top notch, included a lovely closet/dressing room.

Great clean place in the heart of Wall Street. No need to Yelp great places to eat. Surrounded by them.

I booked the studio suite and it was so cool. The aesthetic is wonderful, and I was so cozy. The location is a bit in the cut in the Wall Street area, so it took a little patience to get pointed in the right direction before making it to front desk. Very clean and modern. Loved the vinyl player, and all the many closets—it was insane! Probably the richest I’ve ever felt. Wasn’t happy that there was only one toilet paper roll provided in the room (no extras) that was weird. But look, that can be fixed. Also important— the required pre check in process was not enjoyed. These things really need to be handled at the hotel on day of check in. Ex) I did not appreciate being forced to take a selfie to verify my identity. Everywhere else they do this in person with your ID. And putting a security deposit hold on your account prior to my stay led to a serious annoyance of me being double-charged for the deposit when I checked in first day. Got it resolved quickly after I noticed the next day, but still, no bueno. Loved the option of grocery prior to arrival, but there needs to be way more options. If these things could be improved, I would indicate this was an exceptional experience. As of now, this was a great/wonderful experience and I would be willing to return.

Worts hotel ever. Bad neighborhood. Bad service from front desk girl. SUPER noisy and untidy. Couldn’t sleep at all. Cancelled my entire booking

Great studios close to Wall Street with a "be at home" vibe Likes: Got a newly renovated studio on the 3rd floo which I liked a lot! The interior design is more to my liking than the old one - all is fresh and light with a touch of scandinavian chick. I also like the layout a lot and did have even 2 levels within the room - great! Dislikes: View is typically NYC - you can see the next building which is not so appealing - but no big surprise there.

Up to expectations !

Likes: The hotel staff were very friendly. The room and facilities were all well maintained and clean, so I felt comfortable during my stay. Dislikes: The lighting in the room was dim, and there was no dining table, which was inconvenient

Great customer service, Will and Nelson were very accommodating. Great location, clean quiet room!

Very comfortable and quiet Likes: Great space and amenities! Love the record player!

Quality stay, comfortably fit four people

Comfortable, nice spacious room, ease of check in, modern facilities, great choice of eating places. Likes: Kitchen, size and payout of room, cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows. Great choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the building itself. Dislikes: Bathroom a bit basic and old style, could be upgraded. Spotlessly clean and functional, but a small tub cum shower could well be replaced with a modern shower area. The shower handle kept detaching.

Great location for 9/11 memorial, Statue of Liberty, piers. Easy walk to subway and Brooklyn bridge. Room is spacious with listed amenities. Easy to communicate with staff. Close to many good eats/grocery store. Highly recommended for NYC

Excellent stay. We will definitely return for another stay. Likes: Nice size room. Great facilities. The staff make this place. Good location, close to the subways.

excepcional!

The room/ mini apartment is very well appointed and looks just like the photos. Clean and well designed space. The building that the apartment is in is a gorgeous art deco historic building that has a lot of amenities. We like the location as it is a quieter part of town but for first time visitors to NY it is not super central. Honestly though midtown is such madness that the quiet of this area is lovely.

My stay was awesome Likes: Room was clean and spacious . Service was amazing from the front desk staff. I enjoyed how clean the building was as well. Dislikes: N/A

Likes: Le surclassement !

excellent hotel in nyc FiDi district Likes: spacious, convenient location, friendly staff, clean Dislikes: wish they offered decaf coffee in the room and also cream

Likes: Everything is perfect. Dislikes: nothing

Likes: Staffs are amazing, the room is spacious and the amenities are fantastic.

The rooms are large, clean and a great neighborhood to visit the coffee shop attached to the building is excellent The drinks on the rooftop bar were ok. It the view is fascinating

My husband, adult son and me stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite. The suite was large and afforded our son and us privacy. Kitchen was large with table and included great amenities, such as, coffee and a nice kettle and pour over set. It was a pleasure to return to each evening. Staff was very responsive to any needs we had.

Likes: The room as more like a studio apartment. I like the fact that it had a mini kitchenette. The location was nice and well-lit. There were a lot eateries nearby and so was the subway station. Dislikes: The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me doing EVERYTHING. I did speak with the front desk, but they eventually stopped. I went out for awhile in hopes they would not be as noisy.

A great place to stay! Super nice staff and very helpful! Definitely will come back again!

Amazing place with a beautiful interior. Rooms were very spacious with amazing furniture and pictures.

Amazing place! Would love to come back again!

The restored art deco building is amazing! Definitely not your "usual" hotel!

Excellent staff at front desk, snotty staff at Overstory front desk

Mishka and the whole team are amazing! Everyone was so nice and there for you. Truly a great stay would definitely stay at Mint House again! Fantastic restaurants right in the same building.

Amazing place with great shops in the building
