We only stayed one night so I liked how close it was to restaurants and bars. Easy to walk around the city, I felt safeand the people were friendly. Only knock on the property was that it didn't have a comforter for the pullout bed. Staff responded right away through text, but weren't onsite any longer. We hung out at the lounge for drinks and dessert while playing games. Staff were super nice and the cheesecake was delicious. I'd stay again, the 50th floor had an amazing view!

Greatly Disappointed This was a great hotel with awesome views of the Dallas skyline. The staff was super friendly and the hotel in general was clean and cozy. That being said I had every intention of makin that my go to hotel every time I passed thru Dallas I have since changed my mind. I made a grave error in booking the wrong weekend and fortunately the error was caught before it was too late. I looked at their website and saw that the weekend prior to my booking was available for a higher rate. I asked to switch to the available room and pay the difference. The hotel told me my reservation was nonrefundable/transferable so they wouldn’t accommodate my request. They would rather gamble on someone else to rent the space before next week or leave it vacant. Understanding I made the error but now I have to book another hotel on the weekend I need and they keep the money they charged me. They would not even try to assist me. For that reason I will never use the facility and will make sure all the people I bragged on this hotel to, also reconsider.

I have stayed at Mint House Dallas twice for work trips and both times it has been a great experience. Great rooms and views and in an area with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Virtual check-in is easy, and when I messaged them with a question I got a prompt response. It is a safe secure building and there is always a security person at the entrance desk if you have questions. I would highly recommend staying!

Very nice.

Room was great! Several different elevators to get up to it, but once we figured it out it was not a big deal.

Great location to so many sites as well as the DART. So many food and drink places close by as well. Enjoyed the fitness center in the building and use of the Tower Club. Met all of our needs!

This was most definitely one of the most beautiful accommodations that I have stayed in. Perfect for a family of 4. We didn't get our room # until we arrived to the mint but a gentleman on the 49th floor was able to assist us. Will definitely stay there again❤️

Une bonne adresse pour un séjour a Dallas Likes: L’emplacement, l’espace, la prestation de l’appartement est fantastique Dislikes: Il faut prendre 3 ascenseurs différent depuis le parking pour y accéder

Great hotel! No people at check in or concierge, but very clear instructions provided so no issues. Loved being on 49th floor. Very well located and room had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great spot, awesome rooms, very accommodating staff! Beautiful views!

Cero service Not even water

Picture don’t do this place justice. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays in my experience. Host helped made this one of the most memorable stays in a long time.

Found in particular the hospitality staff at the pool area to be dismissive and condescending. Asking me to put on Jeans and a Jackey to have brunch? I was wearing sweatpants and long sleeved shirt. Dallas doichebaggery.

Likes: La camera stupenda! La vetrata meravigliosa che consente di godere di tramonti e albe pazzesche! Arredamento di design e ben attrezzata.

Great place to stay downtown. Likes: The downtown location was great for us. The view from the 50th floor was awesome. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Staff, when they were on duty, we're very nice. Dislikes: Icemaker didn’t work. Sofa was not very comfortable for watching TV.

The apartment was clean inside and had great views of the city. No clutter in the way and felt fresh inside.

Great place We had an amazing stay at the Mint in downtown Dallas. The room was clean, the check in process was easy, and we were promptly helped with any request we had. There is parking available upon an additional charge, however that did not hinder our experience. The location was perfect and we were able to easily access multiple places

I love staying at the Minthouse. The rooms are incredible, clean, beautiful restrooms, living room really organized and beautiful views that it comes with. And the service is incredible as well.

It’s a virtual check in. We had a small hiccup in our doors lock pad had a low battery but once we got ahold of a person we were able to get in. The room was amazing wish we had a longer stay. Bed was great. View was amazing.

me and bestfriend stayed for a day for mother’s day and we enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

Had a 2 room corner suite the 49th floor. Beautiful room, great views. Problem was it had no noise suppression, street noise sounded as if it was next to our windows. Car engines revving all night, emergency vehicles and the building creaking - we got maybe 2 hours of sleep.

The room was clean. There is basically no staff. This is virtual check in and check out. However, after being told there was no ice available to the one bedroom rentals; one person delivered ice to our room. There are no instructions to exit the garage so I was charged $25 dollars for a lost ticket so I could exit the garage as there was no pin pad available to put the PIN number to exit. So… I paid $55 dollars just to park. My pin to enter my room did not work so I asked for another pin. The second pin set off an alarm so I ended up standing outside my room for almost 30 mins while awaiting someone by phone to help. After midnight there were motorcycles raising on the streets below so we heard their exhaust for a couple of hours while they had fun on the streets below. The room was very bare minimum with no bottles of water offered. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. The instructions to get to my room was sketchy with some photos. Which I was able to access once I got to my room because the internet was basically unusable in the hallways and garage area. Once I figured it all out it was okay. But very frustrating at first time gaining access to my room.

Had a 2 bedroom corner room. Beautiful views, so many windows and it was so spacious. Loved the concept but could not sleep for all the windows - car engines revving all night sounded like it was just outside the window, even though we were on the 49th floor. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep the whole night we stayed. If staying here do not get a corner room, hopefully you will be able to sleep.

The view from the apartment is great! Loved that they had a bar one floor down it was so convenient and nice.

This apartment in Dallas is truly stunning! The design is modern and elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The city views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset when the skyline lights up beautifully. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the vibrant energy of Dallas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish home with amazing scenery!

Pleased with our stay. Location and amenities were as advertised.

Our favorite dallas stay! Views are unmatched, location and walkability is amazing!

Wow! Likes: Riesiges Zimmer, komplett ausgestattet, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich. Toller Blick auf die Stadt. Modern und sauber. Dislikes: Es gibt kein Personal. Check-In war nervig und umständlich. Kissen nicht so gemütlich.

We had a great time. Beautiful views. Loved the bar and the golf simulator!

Fantastic Room & Views. Likes: This is just a lovely place to stay, great accommodation and views. Really enjoyed staying here. Dislikes: Check in and parking could be a little easier.

Great location. Very nice property.

My stay at Mint House was everything I needed and more! Waking up to that beautiful skyline was unforgettable. My daughter’s birthday celebration was amazing, and we had such a great experience. I’ll definitely be booking again

No staff/front desk but the room had an awesome view

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great area. My only problem was gaining access. Very many directions to follow from parking to finding the right elevator to get up to the floor where are unit was. Once you have managed that, you are home free

Amazing apartments with stunning views.

Once we figured out the process the stay was nice clean and quiet Likes: The room was clean and nice city view. Dislikes: Finding the parking garage, and the fact you had to use 3 elevators to get to your floor

익숙하지 않아서 주차 처리 과정이 조금 혼란스러웠지만, 위치, 숙소에서 제공하는 모든 것들이 좋았음. 추천함
