Clean and spacious loft with beautiful skyline views. Conveniently had a restaurant and bar at their lobby. Very attentive service and friendly staff.

Perfect for a city stay in the heart of Dallas. Likes: The communication prior the check in was fabulous! They even offer to do a small shop for you and stock the fridge before you get there, love this! Amazing, helpful staff, beautiful apartment with sweeping views of the city. Also so close to starship bagels which I’m obsessed with . Dislikes: I honestly cannot fault this property one bit.

The apartment view was every bit as beautiful as the photos. The building and staff were excellent. I had a few deliveries, and the first was personally delivered to the apartment; I left off the room number. I highly recommend staying there.

Dry comfortable stay with good amenities and an excellent view of the city. Great location with tons of dining options in and out of the building.

Size of rooms are spacious, quiet, food delivery options, staff always available, great value !!

FABULOUS place. 6 STARS

The Mint House far exceeded our expectations. We wanted a place to rest and relax while we explored Dallas, but what we got was a home away from home. The only thing better than the room was the service provided by the staff.

Felt super safe, even in the parking garage, which was well lit, easy to access and had plenty of room. Parking was easy, elevators to the 48-50th floors, where Mint House is located, were super fast. Got a gorgeous, modern, spacious room (and bathroom) with amazing view. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Very brief but always pleasant interactions with staff. Didn’t expect what I got. An absolute 5star experience.

Everything about this place is beautiful! From location to skyline to city views, there was so much beauty to take in. Mint House is located in the perfect downtown location. It is very walkable, near countless restaurants and the building is easy to locate while feeling super secure. The apartment was spotless and stocked with everything that you would need. We parked in the garage first, which made accessing the building so much easier. There is a $30 nightly fee for parking which can be paid at the link provided by the host which makes life soooo much easier. The beds are super comfortable and the blackout shades are a great touch. I highly recommend booking with Mint House and would most definitely book again! 🥰

Mitten in Dallas, bzw. über den Dächern Likes: Wir hatten zu zweit ein "Studio". Mit einem Express-Aufzug gings in den 49. Stock. Der Ausblick auf Dallas ist einfach gigantisch. Die kleine Küchenzeile gefiel uns auch gut, kann man Frühstück machen ... Dislikes: ---

I'll plan to return to the Mint House on my next trip to Dallas. Stunning view, friendly staff, easy parking, great location, well designed interior, fast elevators. It has it all.

Likes: Staff were very friendly and responsive. Such as great view over Dallas and well located to what you would want to do downtown. Dislikes: Dishwasher was broken and has smelly water which should have been picked up by cleaners or a room check. The Mint House was responsive to an interim solution and we were only there one night.

Perfect stay in Dallas Likes: So many points to love about this property. The staff were fantastic, excellent communication, even when we arrived hours before check in they looked after the bags messaged with updates while we were out and about. Once inside the views were spectacular. We were on the 50th floor and could see for miles as it was the top floor of Santander Tower. Apartment was stunning, spotlessly clean and so spacious. Location was great too, walkable to most points of interest and bars and restaurants nearby Dislikes: Nothing to dislike

a lot of homeless people on the streets around that area..

Thankful The room was beyond what I expected. It was like I was staying in a apartment .

I loved the cleanliness, the large room and how quiet it was. I did not like that there was no staff to talk with at all times. I texted and it took a longer time than expected for me to get a response. Although, the one person I spoke with when checking in was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Likes: Wonderful views. The property is in a great location with lots of good restaurants and interesting places to go within walking distance. There is a very good gym in the building. Dislikes: The pullout mattress was pretty thin.

In terms of the room itself, this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Such an insane view and I was upgraded to an apartment so I had an amazing place. I could easily stay there for months.

Highly recommend this place Likes: It’s clean!! I have high standards for cleanliness, this place meets my expectations! Convenient location, it also has everything you need for a short (holiday/work)trip to be active and eat healthy (gym, blender, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, washing machine and dryer etc). I also liked the cafe on Level 1, good coffee, delicious food, and decent service. I will come back again when I’m in Dallas next!!! Dislikes: I liked everything about this place!

Alles TOP bis auf den oben erwähnten Punkt. Likes: Alles bis darauf, dass es sehr Leichthörig ist. Dislikes: Leichthörigkeit, ich hatte das Gefühl der Nachbar ist bei uns im Zimmer.

The hotel is at the top of the building with great views. Our room overlooked the city. Everything is done by text msg, they don’t have a front desk. The room had a couple issues they took care of timely but the mattress on the bed was too soft for us. Sink to the floor soft. Restaurant was upper scale, bring a jacket. There’s no room service, either have something delivered or use the restaurant.

I loved the view of South Dallas.

The apartment was amazing, a truly luxurious stay! The views from the bedroom are great to wake up to and looked even better in person. The gym was very well equipped and felt like one of those premium luxury gyms. There's also a 7-11 right next door and a lot of food options around as well. Definitely would come back here on my future trips to Dallas.

My husband and I stayed at Mint House Dallas for a weekend getaway, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel was fairly clean, though there was a bit of dust in some areas, and a few kitchen drawers were broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite that, the view from our room was stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay. The location is ideal, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. While you do need to take three separate elevators to reach the rooms, the elevators are fast, and there are plenty of them, so it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. One downside was the couch in the room, which was extremely uncomfortable and not ideal for lounging, but the bed was very comfortable and gave us a good night’s rest. The hotel also has a clean and well-equipped gym in the basement, which was a nice perk. Despite the small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for another visit. The location and view make it a worthwhile stay in Dallas!
